Unclean and poorly maintained appartment

The location was great, close to nice cafés, city centre

The property was not well cleaned and maintained at all. The bathroom door was broken, the toilet tank was broken and we had to manually open it and push the overflow tube so the water can start, the TV was not working, the dryer was also not working…. And all this I told to the host via a message just shortly after we checked in the venue and I never even got a reply (and it was still like day time, so there was time to react from their side if they wanted to). Thankfully, we only had less than a 24h stay, I can’t imagine spending more time there.

Good

I was in a hurry but the reception desk was very assistive and kept to the necessary contents. The location is a bit off the center-center but nice nevertheless. Although cleanliness was an issue in the comments I was lucky and found the appartment in fair condition.

The furniture and entire flat is a bit rocked down. If you only plan to sleep and not live there this does pose an minor issue.

Very poor

Honestly, after 4 nights traveling around Belgium this was definitely the worst accommodation and also the most expensive. A place to avoid. First of all, the room is not like the one in the photo, much less welcoming and looks more like a commune than an apartment. The room was dirty, the sheets on all the beds were used and with signs of female make up and hair. There are spiders and cobwebs and the ground was very dirty. The structure is located in an extremely noisy apartment (the walls are very thin) and inhabited by various young people who continuously made noise during the night and at 4.30 a.m. they started ringing the outside bell which is a siren. Although the location is central, the surroundings are secluded. For 120€ the judgment is really bad.

Location wasn't bad. The place was clean, and easily accessible. Everything one needs was there. I liked the place.

Check in to be so specific on time, as one doesn't always know what time you will be there. However it wasn't a big issue.

Good location, friendly host, some older furniture could use a update + renovation.

The apartment has lots of beds and is in a good location, few steps from the tram stop with a small grocery store around the corner. The check-in and the communication with the host was seamless.

Some aspects of the appartment could really use and update, especially the harmonica bathroom doors which you could barely close, or the handrail next to the stairs which didn't hold properly. The walls are very thin. If I could speak french, I could have had a proper conversation with our neighbours through the walls.

Dreckig und nicht vermietfähig

Küche hat nicht funktioniert, widerlich und nicht vermietfähig. Herd ect. Nicht funktioniert, konnte Lebensmittel entsorgen. Laut und Personal hat nicht auf Beschwerde reagiert. Dreckig, Boden und alle Flächen haben geklebt. Toilette Katastrophe

En plein centre d'Anvers donc très bien situé

Hygiène et propreté de l'appartement médiocre. Il faut savoir que sur 3 nuits nous avons dormi par épisode car locataires jeunes et très bruyants tout au long de la nuit 😡

Niet boeken

Het appartement is slecht onderhouden en onhygiënisch. Bedden zijn waardeloos. Voor beide 1 smoezelige handdoek. Een prullenbak zonder deksel, een koelkast die vies was en een tv die niet werkte. De trap naar boven is onveilig. Zal dit appartement niet aanraden!
