I was robbed of all my belongings during the night / early morning while I was sleeping upstairs. This place is not safe at all!

Horrible stay

The pillows were non existent, the bins were right near our room and the window had been left open before we arrived so there was so many flies in our room we had to go buy bug spray. Said there was a security guard but we never seen him and people were parting till 2 am every night. The aircon did not work and we couldn’t open the window because of the flies It was expensive for what it was aswel $1200 was a lot of money.

A truly awful stay — dirty apartment, terrible service, and unbelievably rude hosts.

It was a nightmare. The people were extremely unfriendly and rude, and I had to pick up the keys on the other side of the city. There was zero help or clear communication. Honestly, it felt like they didn’t care at all about the guests. The apartment itself was filthy, it smelled terrible, and many things were broken. One of the worst experiences I’ve ever had.

Good place when you don’t plan on spending too much time in the flat

Well located on a quiet square, beds are comfy and the living area is nice

Bathroom needs some fixing. Sink drain was broken, shower head as well (almost fell in our hands). City view advertised was a courtyard with view on the trash bins of the building.

Picking up the keys was an easy experience and a document was provided with all the useful information for the apartment. The apartment is located extremely close to waagnatie and next door to a tram stop, plus walking distance into the center of town. The apartment was big and spacious with a large kitchen and bathroom, in addition to plenty of wardrobe space.

Since the office was a 10 minute walk away from Central Station and then traveling to the apartment was a further 23 minute walk away, it wasn't easy especially if you have a lot of luggage. Meaning you either need to get a taxi or wait for a tram. Plus, we were only given 1 set of keys for 6 people, so we spent the whole weekend having to constantly communicate about who had the keys or who was in the apartment to let us in. There was a lot of damage to the apartment when we arrived, scuff marks on the walls. Microwave wouldn't start, someone had filled the front door key hole with glue, so you couldn't lock it from the inside. No toilet brush. No plugs, so we couldn't have a bath. No oven trays, so we couldn't use the oven. Only 3 forks in the cutlery draw. Found rubbish from previous people still in a few of the wardrobes. Even though there is a picture of the balcony in the listing, this door is locked due to "structural concerns"

Great apartment - but maybe not for young families

Very spacious, lots of spare beds. Nice set up, the guy I met for the keys was really nice and helpful. Shower was decent, although make sure to put towels down as the water escapes the shower area. Beds were fairly average but there were a lot of them! 4 full doubles, a sofa bed and spare mattresses. Might go back with friends next time.

It wasn't really suitable for a young toddler. The third floor hike was a little brutal which he did warn us about when we collected the keys. Inside the apartment, the staircase to the upper floor was open and steep, felt more like a ladder coming down them, had to keep the toddler away from them, the doors on the kitchen cupboards were missing, so had to also keep the toddler away from them. There was a group of lads staying below us who were quite noisy into the night and whoever was in the room opposite tried our door handle in the night, probably coming home drunk. Does seem more set up for a group of mates on a drinking holiday rather than a young family, but can't hold that against them. I don't think under the beds get cleaned as there was quite a thick layer of dust which the toddler found when trying to crawl under the bed- again not something an average customer would need to worry about.

Location was good price is fair.

There was a coffee machine but the pot wasn't exist. And when ure hiring an apartment I think it's normal to expect ironing. Beds would be better and the toilet door was not closing.

Not recommended if you want to be able to sleep

we could hear every NOISE could be heard from the building. we did not get any sleep from 5 to 7 in the morning because of all the noise. the value for money was too expensive for what it was. the apartment was not really clean, the stairs was too steep that it’s dangerous to go up and down. spider webs everywhere.

Very steep ladder like stairs up to bedroom. Nothing like the main photos and the sofa was broken; attempted repair left it sagging along the front.

Spacious and well presented apartment. Only issue was the tight steep staircase to the bedrooms and no television. Otherwise excellent.

Price, location and staff were great. The rooms are really big and the beds are comfy. You can reach the city centre by foot very quickly.

The room layout is not that good for business travels. The website also shows pictures of a better flat and you won't know what you get.

The apartment was basic. The 2 bedrooms were up a flight of narrow stairs with the bathroom on the ground floor. Not at all suitable for an older person. The photo of the apartment bears no resemblance to the actual apartment. only plus point were the staff, they were pleasant and very helpful.

Location was great. Hosts where very nice and helpful. And the price is quite low in comparison to other apartments nearby.

We only had cold water in one of the apartments. It’s possible to sleep with 14 people, however there are 8 beds and 6 mattresses for on the ground (you expect maybe a bit more beds instead of mattresses on the ground).

Very good location and great value for money. Also great, very comfortable bed.

Bit old kitchen & bathroom (also some hairs in the shower) though all functional. The ceiling in the sleeping part was bit lower than my 189cm height so without thinking I would hit it when getting out of the bed :) Also the apartment could not be locked from inside. What was not unsafe (locked street door and only 4 rental apartments in the building so I didn't bother to call Luca and the team) but felt bit awkward.

So many beds, huge place was great, big kitchen and large living room. very central location was great. plus host was really chill, met the owner who was greek she was really cool as well.

Schandalig, nooit meer!

Ik vind de foto’s misleidend, er staan allerlei foto’s online bij die niet van toepassing zijn en van een ander appartement in het gebouw zijn. Daarnaast voel je de springveren in je bed, is het beddengoed verouderd en is het niet schoon. Wanneer je dan ook nog de sleutel moet ophalen aan de andere kant van Antwerpen en er € 273,- per nacht betaald, is dit ronduit schandalig.
