Apartment is not clean most of the doors are not working well. The beds are very very poor

One of the showers (middle room) had sewage smell from the shower drain. Suspect because it’s not been used much, but needs a good clean.

There was no hot water, we couldn't shower, we called six times asking if someone could come to check the issue, and they said they will be there asap but nobody came. It was dirty, the bathroom and toilet doors dont close properly, the floor wasnt cleaned and had hair from previous guests, the Wi-Fi isnt working, and there wasnt even a single clean glass in the cupboard and on top of all that, all the sinks are clogged, and the water can’t drain. Neither AC no regular ventilation worked (which was fine considerint it was 23c) but still. Boiler sounded like it will explode and still didn't produce hot water.

What could have been better was the fact that the actual location was of the apartment was not provided. It was a game of guessing work, trying to locate a building that was next to a Leonaidas chocolate shop and MacDonalds! If I was blind I would never have made it.

Spacious and clean apartment located in city center Antwerpen.

Consider to install shutters or thicker and wider curtains to prevent street light coming in the bedrooms. Cookware could be much wider.

Good location...but so disappointing.

The location was good and there was plenty of space in the apartment.

The bedrooms smelt musty & damp (like 'a stagnant pond'). Several doors were either missing handles and/or didn't fit properly and/or wouldn't close. There was hardly any furniture and what was there (particularly the sofas) was very uncomfortable. Big crack across the electric hob so we didn't switch that on. This could be a great apartment but it has been fitted out cheaply, scantily and to the poorest imaginable quality.

Great location for great value

The property we ended up in was in a really excellent location, in the heart of Antwerp and 10-15 minute walk from loads of excellent bars and museums and places to eat, as well as the cathedral. The location and price are key selling points. The property was mostly disabled accessible, with only one step in the way between the flat and street level. The 11am check out time felt generous.

You may be given a different address to that advertised as there are several apartments on offer - best to double check. There was a little bit of trouble getting hot water in the shower, and the shower itself while not dirty could probably do with replacing. There’s also no TV which was disappointing but not a deal breaker.

Excellent location. Very quiet inside, even though it's located on a busy street. Near a metro station. There was a washing machine available - which I hadn't expected - and after being on the road for a while, it was a very welcome surprise!

The bedclothes appeared to not have been changed after previous guests. They were crumpled and full of hairs. The pillows were uncomfortable. The apartments weren't numbered, as far as I could see, so it was difficult to know which was the correct one once you reached your floor. It wasn't clear that the stove will only heat up once there was a pan on top. No TV. There was a curtain missing from the living room, and the others were hanging off the rails.

Only negative was we were a group of 7 and were expecting 8 beds in the apartment - there were only 6 and so a couple of us had to share a bed.

Location was excellent

Collecting keys was not easy when you are travelling with bags, miles out of the way. The flat was very dirty, smelt awful & had broken doors, locks & facilities. Bedding had stains. Woke in the morning with bed bug rash. Could be good if they spent money doing it up & actually cleaning the place

The flat is very quiet also that it is on the main shopping -- noise from outside.very centrally

To get the keys you need to get almost thru half of the city of Antwerp. City tax and other costs: they just take cash or paypal....that is in digital times like we are now is almost not accepable! We arrived and the flat was very dirty... kitchen: none of the glasses was clean, either any of the carpets and the shower.all towels were somehow wet. The sofas are full of stains. The bedlinen was not ironed and we found several long hair around the flat....we havemt felt welcome (check the infos you find on our pictures it is forbiden to...!!! Never had an apartment unclean like that... And never felt so unwelcomed...

Location is great, the apartment is big. Both rooms have their own bathroom, and the rooms are totally separated from each other. The refrigerator is amazing, with full of ice.

Unfortunately the decoration is poor, considering how beautiful the apartment is. It does not have a style, it feels like a students’ house.. (the bed sheets are not the same, the towels are gray, the walls are so empty, the flowers are plastic:))There is no TV, which we might have needed if we were to stay longer with kids.

Great location, friendly staff, full kitchen, two bathrooms

Not very clean (floor was sticky) and quite worn down. none of the doors would close, and door handles are all missing. Not a huge problem for us, but the toiletdoor should close at the very minumum.
