All we needed was sleeping, and we did.

Clear communication

They said they would send a message after picking up the keys, and they never did. There was a queue at the reception desk. The building stank horribly.

Fine for a short stay.

The location was very nice, also very smooth check in and out, all very clear and nice people.

The curtains were broken, and the bedroom door could not close because off ice of the beds. Also the shower was pretty uncomfortable. The WiFi did not work very well. It was also a pretty noisy building.

Wir haben uns strikt an alle getroffenen Vereinbarungen gehalten. Dennoch wurden wir von Ihrem Partner nachts auf der Straße stehen gelassen, da uns der Zugang zum Objekt und die Schlüsselübergabe grundlos verweigert wurden. Besonders erschütternd war die Art und Weise der Behandlung: Aufgrund des Verhaltens Ihres Partners vor Ort müssen wir von einem klar rassistischen Motiv ausgehen – eine Erfahrung, die wir in dieser Form noch nie machen mussten und die absolut inakzeptabel ist. Ihre angebotene Gutschrift in Höhe von 5 € ist angesichts der Schwere des Vorfalls und der Sicherheitsgefährdung mitten in der Nacht eine Beleidigung. Wir fordern hiermit die vollständige Rückerstattung des gezahlten Betrags sowie eine Entschädigung für die entstandenen Umstände. Sollten Sie dieser Forderung nicht nachkommen, behalten wir uns rechtliche Schritte sowie eine Meldung bei den entsprechenden Aufsichtsbehörden vor. Es geht uns hierbei nicht primär um den Geldbetrag, sondern darum, andere Kunden vor solch diskriminierenden Praktiken zu schützen.“

O apartamento estava muito frio. O ar condicionado da casa de banho, do hall de entrada e da enorme sala não funcionavam. Só os dos quartos funcionaram, pelo que os liguei e deixei portas abertas para passar calor. Quando liguei os aparelhos, tinham cheiro de não serem usados há muito tempo. Todas as janelas da casa estavam parcialmente abertas. Pedi ajuda logo que entrei para fechar as da sala, mas não reparei que as dos 2 quartos também estavam. Consegui resolver sozinha depois de o rapaz me ter explicado. A luz do hall de entrada estava avariada e água quente para banho não era quente. Passei muito frio na casa, numa altura de temperaturas a rondar os zero graus. Apartamento muito caro para o que me foi oferecido. O chão estava muito sujo, em toda a casa. Tinha zonas em que colava. O frigorífico congelou a comida. Coloquei alimentos na prateleira mais em cima. No outro dia, tudo estava congelado. Senti, mesmo, um serviço desonesto e nenhuma preocupação no conforto do cliente. Casa muito ultrapassada para os preços praticados. Na semana antes, aluguei outro apartamento na zona praticamente pelo mesmo valor, com todo o conforto.

Door het hele gebouw en ook het appartement en riool en zweet achtige lucht wat het verblijf onaangenaam maakte. Alle ramen open moeten zetten tegenover elkaar om beetje oké te maken. Badkamer was matig schoon

Het appartement was niet zo schoon en de rioollucht overheerste in het appartement. Dit maakte het geen fijn verblijf.

De locatie van dit verblijf is top.

De algehele indruk van het appartement is zeer ondermaats. Verre van 'Bright'. Bij binnenkomst in de centrale hal wordt je overvallen door een enorme rioollucht. Dat voorspelt niet veel goeds. Bij binnenkomst in het appartement blijkt alles oud en versleten. De gordijnen zijn kapot en hangen als vodden voor het raam. De muren zijn niet fris, de vloer plakt, de hoezen op de slaapbanken zijn vies en bevlekt. De lamp in de slaapkamer is kapot. Er staan twee tweepersoonsbedden, het matras op het linker bed is versleten. Je voelt de metalen veren in je rug. In het hele appartement is slechts 1 tweepersoons dekbed aanwezig!!! en 2 dekbedhoezen terwijl er 4 tweepersoons bedden staan. In de badkamer lekt de douchekop en hangt slap in de houder. Enige optie is om deze vast te houden tijdens het douchen. Er liggen kapotte tegels op de vloer, oppassen dat je je tenen niet openhaalt. Twee van de 3 handdoeken zijn versleten. Dit appartement verdient aandacht en een grondige renovatie. De prijs/kwaliteit verhouding met door ons betaalde prijs is echt niet in orde.

Das einzig gute an dieser Unterkunft ist die Lage.

Beim Check-in wurde mir gesagt, dass mir Infos per WhatsApp zugeschickt werden. Diese sind jedoch nie gekommen. Das Appartment ist dreckig, es sind wenig Küchenutensilien vorhanden (nur eine Tasse, ehrlich?), es stinkt erbärmlich! Am schlimmsten ist der Gestank im Flur. Die Haustür unten zur Straße schließt nicht allein, die Treppe ist ekelhaft und man traut sich nicht, das Geländer anzufassen. Der Aufzug stinkt ebenfalls und ist extrem langsam. Außerdem ist es sehr hellhörig und man kommt nicht zur Ruhe. Das hatte ich mir wirklich anders vorgestellt. Die Terrasse darf nicht betreten werden, aber dort tropft die ganze Zeit das Regenrohr. Absolut nervenraubend! Ich bin wirklich sehr enttäuscht von der Unterkunft, hier wird anscheinend nur Geld verdient und nichts in die Immobilie investiert.

Vreselijke stank!!!

Proper (behalve de strank) appartementje, ideale ligging, lift aanwezig.

De verschrikkelijke penitrante rioolgeur die je overvalt zodra je het gebouw binnenkomt. Niet alleen in de gangen maar ook in het appartement zelf! Vreselijk om daar in te moeten verblijven. Het is echt alles overheersend en degoutant. Waarom wordt daar niets aan gedaan??? Dit kan je de mensen echt niet aandoen!
