Superb location: a calm street of a vibrant part of town

In our favourite area, next to the royal art museum

For 3 people and a child it’s very small. And the kitchen could have, well, at least some salt and pepper.

We had a lovely time

We’ve stayed here before. In the apartment on the ground floor. Now we were on the 3rd floor. Both apartments are very nice, and have some space outside. The apartment has a very nice vibe. Location is perfect. In a nice area in Zuid.

We stayed on the 3rd floor. The stairs are very narrow and steep. So when bringing bags and suitcases up or down is a challenge.

Disappointing

Location

Unfortunately, our stay was disappointing. The shower room had an extremely loud fan that turned on automatically with the light and ran for a long time, which kept us awake at night. To make matters worse, the bathroom had a persistent unpleasant smell. A cleaning lady also entered our room without knocking, after check-in hours and when we asked for help with an issue to open a door she was rude and clearly didn’t want to help. Cleanliness was also not great, the floors were dirty, and the bed linen had hair from previous guests. The place is modern and it’s a shame is not well kept.

Fijn maar met een duidelijke beperking

De sfeervolle inrichting, ruimte en de locatie.

Het is minder toegankelijk voor oudere mensen. Veel trappen en ook in het appartement is een smalle trap die naar de douche leid. Dit was een uitdaging voor mijn ouders van 70+ waardoor we minder hebben ondernomen.

Apartament funcional i amb molt bona ubicació

Molt ben ubicat, apartament pràctic i funcional, a prop de serveis y atraccions. Perfecte per a dues persones, cuina força equipada amb cafetera nespresso . Té un balcó sense vistes que dóna entrada de llum . Llit confortable

Accés per escala petita com totes les de molts edificis a Bélgica, no apta per a persones amb dificultats de mobilitat. Hem vist que hi ha coses a millorar com que no hi ha armari i a un quartet de la rentadora només hi ha dues perxes hi hem estat una setmana i la roba ni li,hem pogut treure de la maleta. Al bany no hi ha cap espai per penjar les tovalloles. Pocs endolls , a l, habitació només hi ha un i està ocupat per una làmpara de peu que s,ha de recolzar a la pared o cau, a la cuina també hi ha només un endoll. Però el més molest és un soroll agut i fort que suposem prové de la calefacció que es va engegant cada hora aproximadament i que per la nit arriba a despertar-te, és realment molest.

Positiv überrascht, Rest nur Kleinigkeiten

Gemütliche Einrichtung, alles vorhanden was nötig war. Sind als Familie gereist und es war wirklich sauber! Nahegelegene Bushaltestelle. Stadzentrum, Cafés, Restaurants, Bäckerei, Supermarkt zu Fuß erreichbar, Parkplatz am Straßenrand möglich, wenn man was freies findet.Einfacher Zugang mit Zahlencode. Befindet sich in einen ruhigen Gebiet.

Wohnungstür musste man aufdrücken, hat am Boden gehangen. Zugang zum Duschbereich hatte keine Tür, kein Vorhang, also alles stand offen.Das war etwas verwirrend. Da es ein Altbau ist, hört man aus den anderen Appartments Schritte oder Öffnen und Schließen der anderen Appartmenttüren, und die Treppenstufen in die oberen Stockwerke waren eng und klein, scheint aber normal zu sein dort. Wer im Appart selber kochen will muss selber Salz Pfeffer, Öl mitbringen.

Prima onderkomen voor een heerlijk weekend Antwerpen!

Mooi en ruim appartement! Warm contact ook met de host die snel reageerde. Wij hadden erg last minute geboekt nadat we een negatieve ervaring hadden bij ons oorspronkelijk geboekte appartement, heel fijn dat we hier zo kort dag terecht konden.

Helaas wel echt gehorig (bovenburen en de hal) en het kon schoner (wasgoed nog in de mand bijvoorbeeld).

Heerlijk

Het is een fijn appartement, de lampjes brandde toen we aankwamen en de verwarming stond al aan. Heel fijn!

Wij zaten in app 5. Dat is helemaal boven, mijn moeder van 72 vond dit minder fijn want het is een hele smalle trap en je moet veel trappen lopen. Wandelen naar de stad is te doen maar duurt wel een kwartiertje ongeveer. Er is ook geen afwasborstel en een doekje om het aanrecht even af te nemen.

Понравилось месторасположения: приличный район, от центра относительно далековато, но это играет в плюс - чистый и тихий, рядом продуктовые магазины. С хозяином велось общение путем переписок, он был очень вежлив и оперативно отвечал на вопросы. Квартира уютная, приятно было находиться.

У нас был тяжелый багаж и затруднительно было поднимать его наверх по узкой винтовой лестнице подъезда. Также, не очень удобно было то, что душевая комната смежная со спальней, в самой душевой нет дверцы. Слышно соседей из соседней квартиры. Однако все вышеперечисленное относится к особенностям самого строения в целом и хозяин применил самый оптимальный вариант планировки.

A lakás elhelyezkedése és az elosztása teljesen megfelelő volt!

Az ágyneműknek a takarónak és a párnáknak olyan szaga volt mintha nem lett volna soha kimosva! Emiatt kénytelen voltunk venni magunknak párnát és takarót! Erre jobban kellene figyelni, ha esetleg rég nem volt kiadva a lakás akkor egy ágynemű frissítés kiadás előtt nem lenne rossz!

Für uns zwei und für den Aufenthalt von vier Tagen in der Stadt war die Wohnung perfekt. Die Grösse, die Lage und auch die Ruhe. Uns hat auch die kurz Distanz zum Zentrum gefallen und die nahegelegenen Bus- und Tramstationen.

Op redelijke afstand van station en binnenstad, net appartement, met genoeg voorzieningen binnen.

Het appartement is ca 30 minuten lopen vanaf het station en 20 minuten naar de binnenstad. Binnenkomen via ontvangen codes ging prima. Via een smalle steile trap bereikten we ons appartement, no 6, op de derde verdieping. Geboekt voor 3 volwassenen. Tip: neem een stekker met gat mee, of een smalle stekker, (voor bijvoorbeeld opladen) want de stopcontacten hebben hier een pin. De TV is geen kabelTV dus je moet op een andere manier je favorieten kiezen. De woonkamer heeft een mooi groot balkon, zitgedeelte, eetgedeelte, open keuken met koffiecups, theezakjes, vaatwastabletten etc. Daarnaast was er een toiletruimte met wasmachine, wenteltrap naar boven en kleine slaapkamer met 2-persoonsbed. Boven nog een ruimere slaapkamer met 2-persoonsbed en kleine doucheruimte met douchehoek en wastafel, geen wc. Het zag er keurig en fris uit.

Inderdaad hoor je de buren en mensen op straat. We hebben gezocht naar handleidingen voor tv, oven, (was er nou wel of geen magnetron?) maar niets gevonden. De Wifi werkte eerst niet. Over gecommuniceerd met host. Uiteindelijk hebben we het stekkertje maar uit de router (boven wasmachine) gehaald en er weer ingedaan, toen werkte het. Berichten kwamen in het Engels. Leek ons onlogisch in het Engels te antwoorden in een Nederlands/Vlaams-sprekend deel van België. Maar op mijn vraag of men Nederlands sprak kreeg ik geen ‘ja’ of ‘nee’ te horen, maar wel 2x het antwoord (in het Engels dan) : Wij communiceren alleen in het Engels (i.v.m. onze internationale gasten.) Men maakt voor de communicatie gebruik van het geautomatiseerde programma "guesty".

Apartamento con estilo

El apartamento está amueblado con mucho detalle y estilo.Tiene todo lo que se necesita para un estancia corta. El emplazamiento perfecto para dormir en Amberes sin sentirte turista.La cama muy cómoda y la ducha perfecta. Desayunamos y cenamos allí.

La televisión no funcionó la primera noche por falta de señal, no se si es algo que se pueda solucionar.No había control de los radiadores y por las mañanas sería agradable que estuviera un poco más alta la temperatura. La alfombra del salón que es blanca tiene unas manchas grises que dan mala impresión. La escalera principal es bastante empinada.
