De ruimte. Zeer ruim appartement. Goede prijs - kwaliteitverhouding. Bed was goed. Het zitje buiten was fijn maar wel klein.
Ligstoel in de kamer was doorgezakt.

Hele mooie plek en aardige host. Toen er een probleem was werd het meteen opgelost. Ruime woonkamer.
Het huis is niet heel nieuw meer, maar geen probleem.

Die Innenstadtlage ist sehr gut. Zum Hof hin gibt es einen kleinen ruhigen Balkon, auf dem man sehr schön frühstücken kann. Der Kontakt zur Vermieterin war unkompliziert.
Die Wohnung hätte eine Renovierung dringend nötig: Wandanstrich, Möbel etc. sind in die Jahre gekommen, die Haken im Badezimmer sind locker etc. Während unseres Aufenthaltes ließen sich die Fenster der Schlafzimmer nur mit Mühe so öffnen, dass sie nicht aus den Angeln fielen. Da es eine Auch die Sauberkeit ist verbesserungsbedürftig, so war z.B. der Backofen verdreckt.
