Good location and apartment but a few things to improve

Good location and ease of access, size of apartment etc good

Although tidy; it wasn’t clean, the floors were filthy, never mopped just swept. Loads of things damaged through the apartment, sofas were partly collapsed and likely second hand, not enough utensils, cutlery etc, look out for the extras and collection of city tax being incorrectly collected

Comfortable stay

The apartment was clean, modernly furnished, spacious, and located close to the city center. Everything I needed for my stay was available. If I return to Antwerp, I would definitely choose this apartment again.

The only inconvenience was that the check-in information was not provided until the city tax was paid. During my trip, arranging the payment was quite challenging, and the €35 tax ended up costing €59 with bank fees. I understand this is not the hotel’s fault, but it would be much more convenient if this tax could be paid at the time of booking.

Good location but not a good place to stay

Spacious and fairly central

Not clean, poorly maintained, oven did not work for half our stay. Bed and couch cheap and uncomfortable. Cooking equipment not sufficient. Staff well meaning but ineffective.

The apartment was great. It was nice and clean with everything we needed. They left us coffe and washing machine tablets ect. The location was excellent not far from the city centre and there was good parking on the street if you rent a car. The blacony was perfect too with nice furniture to sit in the sun.

There was no cleaning materials (brush, hoover, wipe down sprays ect) I had to phone the host to bring me a hoover and brush which he did and I was very happy.

There was a Shabbat Modus with the light, the key available , it was fitting for Shabbat and Jom tov, the appartement is comfortable and clean. The customer service reaction to the request is quick.

Antwerp is a wonderful city, and this property enabled us to make the most of our stay.

The apartment was perfect for two friends who prefer to sleep in separate rooms. One of us had the bedroom, and the other the sofa-bed in the living room. The kitchen meant that we could do our own cooking, which is also our preference. The sound-proofing was very good. The location was excellent, as we were only 20 minutes' walk from the city centre, and there was a great supermarket just a couple of hundred yards away. There are good public transport routes nearby if required.

There were a few minor issues with the equipment provided which we reported when we left. There was nothing that affected our enjoyment.

Appartment is a big and very comfortable. We really love it. Tina is very nice person and helped us pick up when we were difficult with baby. Absolutely we will come this Appartment again. Thanks a lot to Tina madam.

Confortable stay and quiet locality

Prop manager was very cooperative and readily available. We even requested for early checkin and they are very much considerate on this.

Pretty spacious with a balcony (would be good for summer I imagine). Close to tram that goes to the city center. Nice kitchen. Having an elevator is super nice. Only thing I would suggest is maybe to have two keys instead of one, in case people want to go to different places and go back to the apartment at different times.

Very comfortable stay , very nice apartment all facilities available. Host and support staff are very responsive and readily available if any help needed. It's good if you want comfortable and peaceful stay without bothering much about neighborhood. Neighborhood is very calm and secure.

Excellent.

The location is in the Jewish quarter, on a weekend it was very interesting to see. It is 15 minutes from the Station. Bus 17 is close. The apt was very clean! The staff is very helpful. The living room with a kitchen is spacious, well-designed, comfortable. The big bathroom is luxurious with shower and bathtub.

The TV did not connect, that's all, but I am sure it could be fixed. And... be aware that you collect the key with a code that you receive through email. That's a good way of checking-in, but good to know in advance, right? :-D So check your emails carefully and save your access code. E.g your mobile might run out of power, who knows, right? :-)

Nauwelijks glazen (niet voor 4 personen); slechte matras op de kleine slaapkamer; gordijnen hingen half los en/of stropten in de rails; geen haakjes om handdoeken aan op te hangen; stop in linker spoelbak in de keuken sluit miet af; geen nachtlampjes

Ruim appartement, inrichting kan beter.

De ruime opzet van het appartement en de 2 badkamers. De communicatie mbt reserveren verloopt vlotjes.

Er was veel te weinig serviesgoed en bestek aanwezig voor een appartement voor 6 personen.. Sommige lampen konden niet in het stopcontact en de bank mag vernieuwd.

Alles super

Wir hatten eine sehr gute Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber gehabt. Die Wohnung war sehr schön, sauber und komfortabel wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Lage ist auch gut wir haben bis zu Zentrum 1,7 Kilometer gebraucht und Parkplatz haben wir sehr schnell gefunden direkt vor der Haustür.

bedden waren niet fijn om op te slapen,zou fijn zijn geweest als er een 2 persoon bed aanwezig was en niet 2 van die losse kinderbedden. fijn dat er een slaapbank aanwezig was hebben daar gebruik van gemaakt.

Tolle Wohnung mit allem drum und dran, es waren auch Geschirrspühltabs und Tabs für die Waschmaschine vorhanden sowie Spülmittel und Kaffe, Tee und Zucker. Tolle Aussicht von 3 Balkonen. Das Bett und die Sofas waren sehr bequem. Und toll gab es eine gute Garage zum parken. Und wenn man Fragen hatte war hatte man auch eine Antwort innerhalb 5 Minuten :)

Ontzettend ruim appartement. Over het algemeen schoon. Goede ligging. Ontvangen van sleutel verliep makkelijk.

Het was schoon, maar de vaatwasser stonk heel erg. En ook de bank zag er heel vies uit. Hier ligt nu een fleecedeken over. Zit ook oncomfortabel en is echt aan vervanging toe. Op 1 van de slaapkamers hangen geen gordijnen. Heel vreemd, want het is een groot raam. We hadden nog veel last van muggen in het appartement. Enkele bedden waren te zacht.

Preiswertes Appartement für Leute die keine Angst vor Datenklau haben

Modernes Haus mit Fahrstuhl. Sauber. Alles vorhanden in einfacher Qualität. Nicht teuer.

Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber schlecht. Fragen werden nicht verstanden und die früheren Mails sind nicht bekannt. Entweder eine dumme KI oder eine Firma, bei der jedes Mal ein anderer antwortet. Wir wurden aufgefordert, online einzuchecken: Dazu sollte man einen Ausweis beidseitig als Foto zuschicken, dazu ein SELFIE und die Unterschrift. All dies könnte übel missbraucht werden. Wozu bitte eine Ausweiskopie und ein Selfie???? Dafür gibt es keine Rechtsgrundlage!!! Wir boten an,unseren Ausweis vor Ort vorzuzeigen. Dem wurde zwar zugestimmt, jedoch war vor Ort niemand. Da gibt es keine Rezeption oder Ansprechperson. Das wusste der, der die Mail beantwortet hat, aber wohl nicht. Die Mail mit Zugangsdaten hätte man uns zuschicken müssen, hat man aber nicht. Wir standen vor der Tür und kamen nicht rein, das NERVT. Noch mehr Kommunikation usw. Zuvor musste man auch noch die City tax überweisen und den Banknachweis denen zusenden. Das taten wir 3 Tage vor Anreise, wurden aber noch 2 Mal aufgefordert das nachzuweisen, obwohl es schon erfolgt war… Da vergeht Urlaubsfreude. Keine Möbel auf Terrasse. Im Sommer heizt sich das Apartment sehr auf. Matratzen fleckig. Eine Nacht laute Technomusik von 0.30 bis 6.30 Uhr von einem Nachbarn (was sind das für Leute?)
