Wonderfully comfortable place to stay in Antwerp.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The apartment is beautiful, very comfortable and well located. It had everything thing we needed and is very central to major attractions, restaurants, grocery stores, etc. Just under 25 min walk from train station down a main street. Would love to stay here again.

Perfectly located, comfortable apartment

The apartment is much bigger than we anticipated, with two large bedrooms and a really spacious living space - perfect for four adults to share. The beds themselves were extremely comfortable and the shower was 10/10. We also loved the location! The square that the apartment is on has loads of great food and drink spots (as well as a Friday market), but feels quiet and ‘away’ from the busy main areas. Super convenient for walking to all the main attractions and for public transport connections (if you’re going further afield). The A Place team couldn’t have been more helpful - the communication before and on check out was great, and they were quick to respond to any questions.

Great stay in Antwerp!

We stayed in Apt. 3/1 for 5 nights and enjoyed our stay in the beautiful and clean apartment. The full kitchen was great (no microwave though). The living area was quite roomy with a very comfy sofa and table for 4 with chairs. Lots of windows and light and a lovely view over the square. Steps from the Museum Plantin-Moretus, which was excellent. A five minute walk got us into the heart of the historic city center and many restaurants & bars. Very quiet after 9:00 pm. The beds were comfortable and slept well. We took day trips to Brussels and Gent from Antwerp. The train station is a lovely 20 min walk each way. We did not deem using a tram necessary. We did use an Uber when we had our luggage. Hauling our luggage up the steps was doable and definitely worth staying in a place like this. Communication with Calvin was good. He always responded quickly. The check-in time was held at 4:00 pm but Calvin allowed us to drop off our bags earlier, which we greatly appreciated. We loved Antwerp and loved staying here. Expensive but worth it.

The beds were too close to the wall for a second person who may need to get up in the night. We slept in separate bedrooms and rested very well.

Geat way to stay comfortably in Antwerp.

A charming corner apartment very centrally located with an array of bars, restaurants and shops at the front door. Comfortable, clean and tastefully decorated. We were allowed to check in a few hours prior, which greatly helped planning our first day in complete freedom. Great! Despite the lively atmosphere outside, once the windows are closed it’s perfectly silent (a big plus for light sleepers). Also, the kitchen is fully equipped, so an evening of homemade food is absolutely possible.

There were some technical issues, but these were taken care of after our departure. Communication was usually swift, at times seemingly automated, which felt a little bit less personal, but responsive all the same.

Wonderful apartment right in the center next to a small square. Comfortable beds, big bathroom with delicious bathsoaps stuff. I can only highly recommend.

Beautiful historical location close to everything you need to breathe the energy of Antwerp, from beautiful art to gorge

The light in the apartment and how spacious it was and tastefully decorated. Loved everything and cannot wait to book from A Place Antwerp again on our next shopping weekend to the fashion capital!!! The beds were incredible and so were the luxury bedding’s and cushions. Having a daily cleaning option was great too. The teas and coffees were top notch as well, much appreciated.

Tolles Preis-Leistungsverhältnis.wir würden es wieder buchen!

Die Lage war toll! Die Wohnung ist gross, tolle Atmosphäre mit vielen Fenstern und Blick auf den Platz. Schön eingerichtet und Zimmerservice.

Leider konnte man nicht mit offenem Fenster in dem Zimmer Richtung Platz schlafen, da es in der Nacht zu laut war. Die Fenster schließen aber gut.

De locatie en de inrichting en uitstraling van het appartement.

Het bed was niet comfortabel. Het was zacht en wiebelig. Als de een omdraaide ging de ander mee omhoog.

Geweldig appartement, in Antwerpen geen andere plek meer voor mij.

Gewoon over alles is goed nagedacht, het ziet er super uit! En dat op een geweldige locatie. Hier kan een hotel niet tegenop. De communiecatie verliep via de app, maar buitengewoon vriendelijk, snel en behulpzaam. Ik ben er in ieder gewal laaiend enthousiast over, het voelt echt als thuis in een -overigens geweldig leuke- stad. Mijn dochters van 8 en 10 vonden het appartement ook ontzettend fijn. Ik raad het iedereen aan en ik kom er zeker terug!

Ik kan niets bedenken, gewoon zo doorgaan.

Rustig en digitaal

De locatie was perfect. In hartje centrum maar toch stil. Het hele appartement was aangenaam en van van alles voorzien. We hebben na het uitchecken gebruik gemaakt van bagageopslag wat ook heel fijn was. De communicatie verloopt soepel

We hadden verwacht een inlogcode te ontvangen voor de locatie maar moesten via een link inchecken en je identiteit verifiëren en persoonlijke gegevens invullen. Wat voor ons onprettig en stressvol aanvoelde. Na contact met Calvin konden we een deel weglaten en alsnog inchecken. Er waren kleine gebreken in de badkamer. Dit stoorde ons verder niet echt. Dit wordt gemaakt. Tip: een stortdouche

Prachtig appartement op uitstekende locatie. Wel veel smalle trappen om er te komen.

De voordeur van het naastgelegen appartement maakte veel lawaai. Gelukkig niet ‘s-nachts.

Die Lage ist wunderbar. Sehr schöne Bars und Restaurants in der Nähe. Es macht Freude, durch die Gassen von Antwerpen zu flanieren. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Das Bett angenehm groß mit schöner Bettwäsche. Die Wohnung zum Innenhof war ruhig.

Alles bestens. Wir haben nach allen Eindrücken des Tages erholsam geschlafen. Die flauschigen Bademäntel nach einer heissen Dusche mit den wohlduftenden Seifen haben wir genossen.

Schöne Wohnung, aber bei höheren Temperaturen nur bedingt zu empfehlen

Die Lage der Wohnung ist wirklich sehr gut und zentral. Die Wohnung ist gepflegt und den Bildern entsprechend. Calvin, der Verwalter, hat zügig und teilweise ergebnisorientiert geantwortet. Fehlende Kaffeekapseln wurden auf Nachfrage aufgefüllt.

Die Wohnung hat, obwohl dies von booking.com so beschrieben wurde, kein Klimagerät. Diese fälschliche Angabe hat dazu geführt, dass wir, darunter meine über achtzig jährige Mutter, diese Reise trotz Wettervorhersage, nicht storniert haben. Dies war ein Fehler! Wir hatten zeitweise über 30Grad in der Wohnung. Lüften war wegen einem starken Mückenaufkommen und fehlender Netze vorm Fenster, fast unmöglich. Ich habe Calvin die Probleme geschildert und er will diese angehen. Sollte dies passieren, ist diese Wohnung ein schöner Ausgangspunkt. Inwieweit booking.com seinen Fehler korrigiert und ggf. für einen nachträglichen Ausgleich sorgt, ist noch in Arbeit.

Top-Lage. Wirklich alles in Reichweite. Apartment selbst sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Anreisekommunikation problemlos.

Keine Beschwerden. Einziger Punkt: Eine Lampe, die hell genug zum anstrengungsfreien Lesen ist, wäre gut.

Edles Wohnen im Zentrum von Antwerpen.

Perfekte Lage. Noch wird der Marktplatz beim Haus erneuert, daher tagsüber Baulärm (wir wurden darüber informiert) und nachts zum Teil laute Gäste in der umliegenden Umgebung. Die Apartments sind sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und sehr schön. Frühstücksbrötchen in der Nähe gekauft. Küche bestens eingerichtet, Kaffeemaschine super. Steile Stiegen, aber das ist in Belgien fast überall so.
