Wonderful place to stay in Antwerp.

Great location in the historic section of Antwerp. I love the it was on the ground floor with no stairs to negotiate.

There was not a freezer with the refrigerator.

The bedding was a little too small for me, but everything else was amazing. I also left my tooth brush, which was very annoying, as no one informed me

The location of the property was fantastic. The owners were great and checked in on us via WhatsApp to make sure things were going well. Was appreciated.

Would have been helpful to have a drying rack for clothes went to a local laundromat but was informed that their dryers take about 3hrs to dry clothes so I just washed my clothes.

It was on the top floor and my friend had a broken foot which may access difficult.

The host of the apartment MUST clean the room and not the guest.

The location was perfect because it was in the centre of the town.

In general the room was dirty (spiders and dust everywere, dishes, cups, spoons and kitchenware had food leftovers). Also I didn 't like the fact that he requiered to clean the studio before the check out (he wanted to use vacuum maschine before I leave the house).

Very cosy and unique, we loved it! 😘 All custom made and smart design. Location in the heart of Antwerpen but quiet nights... what else do you need? Most of the museums to reach within 5 min. Cafes and restaurants around the corner. Our next stay will definite be here again. Kind and intent landlords.

Best price in the best part of Antwerp

I arrived around 14, and they kindly accepted my early check-in. Everything was excellent—kitchen with all amenities, Towels, shampoo, soap, and whatever you need. I communicated with the host and resolved some minor issues via WhatsApp. Jan and Hong are friendly, polite, and helpful.

The building was old, and I heard people walking or talking on the top floor, waking me up twice. It may happen in many buildings. Since I traveled for work and had to wake up soon, that was not a big deal. It might be an issue for people who are sensitive to noise or have light sleep and prefer to sleep longer if the top-floor residents wake up soon. I have had the same issue in very expensive hotels, Therefore, I would still recommend this property.

Great deal and location in Antwerp!

Jan&Hong are peaceful people that will help you to have a very relaxed and hassle-free holiday. The place is ideally located near bars and restaurants and is calm enough for a good night's sleep. I really enjoyed my stay there

Cosy and has everything you need

Our team spent two weeks on the ground floor flat of CityHome Antwerp. Ms. Hong was very helpful and very reachable for any inquiries, and she even offered us a bottle of wine for Christmas! It's a great location, it has everything you need for a stay in Antwerp, for work or pleasure, and it's very affordable. Thank you very much for the great stay Ms. Hong, we felt very at home and taken care of. Wish you the best!

A great choice and excellent value for Antwerp!

The location is about as perfect as you can get for Antwerp. It's close to everything, but yet not in the thick of the Old Town hustle and bustle. It's a block away from the metro and tram stations, and everything is within walking distance. The apartment is well-equipped and has everything you need for any length of stay. Definitely recommended for single travelers. Very nice hosts too! :)

More like a student accommodation (with traces of the previous occupier)

I stayed at the property for 7 nights, so I had a lot of time to think about this review. The location is perfect for those who want to explore the city centre as it's close to every major attraction and has very nice shops and restaurants close by. The kitchen and coffee machine were definitely an added value as they gave me the flexibility of cooking my own meals sometimes.

Unfortunately, there are some major issues with the place. Firstly, it's not very clean - the owners clean the apartments themselves and they do a shoddy job. There were crumbles on the chairs and the floor. The mattress needs replacing as it's badly worn out, and the pillow is very hard, I'm going home with a stiff neck and bad back! The overall furnishing is a bit patchy, but the worst part is the lack of black-out blinds on the kitchen windows - there is a curtain between the kitchen and sleeping area but there's a street light opposite the apartment and lots of light filters through. Blinds on the WHOLE windows (not just voile on the lower panels) would grant more privacy since the upper floors of the opposite houses can look inside the apartment. No hand soap, which I had to buy.

Excellent value and location. GREAT hosts.

Incredible location two blocks from the Old City center! Hosts were available 24/7 for questions, suggestions, etc. NEAT and complete stay. I especially liked the coffee supplied. Quiet street--amazing considering location.

A Gem of a find in the city of Gems

City Home Antwerp was right in the heart of the old town with the Grotte Market only a short walk away. There are a lot of vibrant cafes and bars in the area with shopping only a stones throw from the door. The location, Price and comfort of the property really did make it feel like I had bagged a great bargain. The apartment was modernised with technology yet managed to keep some of it's old world charm. I would definitely visit again
