I honestly don’t even know where to start because this was one of the worst accommodation experiences I’ve ever had. We booked what was advertised as a two-bedroom apartment, and what we got was completely different in every way. The photos on the listing did not match the apartment we were given. The sitting room was totally different — different layout, different furniture, different colour chairs, different table — nothing looked like what we booked. All of this actually mattered because we create content for social media, and the aesthetic was a huge part of why we chose this place. We felt completely misled. But the biggest issue? The “second bedroom” was not even in the same unit. To get to it, you had to leave the apartment, walk out into a public hallway, go down the stairs, and cross over to another separate area. It wasn’t connected in any way. It was basically a completely separate room in a different part of the building. How can they advertise that as a two-bedroom apartment? It was bizarre and made no sense. If we wanted two separate units, we would have booked two. When we raised these issues, the owners could not have been less helpful. They didn’t care, they weren’t willing to fix anything, and they weren’t even open to giving us a partial refund despite the obvious false advertising. The attitude we received was honestly shocking. Overall, this place was nothing like what we paid for or expected. Terrible communication, false advertising, and zero accountability. I would not recommend anyone to book this apartment. Save your money and avoid the stress.

I do not recommend it

I do not recommend this place at all, first you have to go to another address for the keys, then you get home and find that the extra room is outside the house, you have to leave through the main door and go through the stairs and enter the other room, it is very uncomfortable for the bathroom, shower, the main house is very dirty, the walls, the floor, and the kitchen were not in condition, the furniture or sofa bed were burned with cigarettes and not to mention the beds, the worst mattresses, you wake up more tired than when you went to bed, the only good thing is the location,

‘fashionable’ label, making for an uncomfortable experience.

The building is in a nice area of the old town, but don’t be fooled. The so-called ‘fashionable’ title of the apartment makes no sense, as the furnishings inside are anything but stylish. Instead, you’ll find old, broken, and outdated furniture. The apartment was filthy and had a bad odor, with rude and unprofessional cleaning staff. The host was unpleasant, and having to pick up keys across the city while hauling luggage made the experience even worse. They should really implement a more convenient system, like interior key locks, to improve the stay.

My stay was a huge disappointment, with the apartment’s condition being completely at odds with its advertised ‘fashionable’ label, making for an uncomfortable experience.

Great location. Good lunch across the street. Fine apartment to stay in with a group of friends visiting town.

Check in is a 15+ minute walk away. One couch is uncomfortable to sit on, and probably worse to sleep in. The large bedroom consists of 2 double beds instead of 1 double and 2 separate beds.

Great location. Didn't like the divided apartment. Would have been no good with younger children.

Fantastic location, near shops and restaurants. Main section of apartment was good.

Didn't realise that the two bedrooms were on different levels with a public staircase connecting them. This meant we had to ensure both doors were locked at night. The toilet was on a different section to one of the bedrooms.

Central location, good staff but price too high

The greatest quality of this apartment is that it is really located in the center of Antwerp, close to transport and all facilities. The staff is also friendly, easily reachable and gives good advice.

The price is much too high for what you get. The apartment is very basic in terms of decoration and equipment, and not particularly clean. It is indicated that 8 or 9 people can stay there but there is only one toilet and one bathroom (and you have to go through a bedroom to have access to the bathroom). So I would say 6 people maximum. The quality-price ratio should be urgently reviewed

Sehr dreckig und kaputt - zum Glück waren wir nur eine Nacht da!

Die Unterkunft war sehr abgewohnt und dreckig. Die Bilder hier vermitteln auch ein ganz anderes Bild in Bezug auf die Raumaufteilung der Wohnung. Wir dachten, dass wir mehrere Ebenen und Zimmer hätten. Tatsächlich hatten nur eine Ebene, auf der ein großes Zimmer als Wohnzimmer/Esszimmer/ Küche war mit einem anschließenden Schlafzimmer für vier Personen. Dazu noch ein Bad mit Dusche und eine separate Toilette auf dem Flur. In der Toilette war kein Waschbecken, sodass man sich entweder in der Küche die Hände waschen musste oder immer durch das Schlafzimmer gehen musste. Ein zweites Schlafzimmer war ein halbes Stockwerk tiefer außerhalb der eigentlichen Wohnung. Dorthin musste man über den öffentlichen Hausflur gehen.

- Sehr dreckig - Die Raumaufteilung war vorher nicht klar kommuniziert - Sicherheitsaspekt: Im Hauptraum waren zwar drei Halterungen für Rauchmelder, allerdings war kein einziger Rauchmelder vorhanden! - Hellhörig innerhalb des Hauses - Keine richtigen, stabilen Wohnungstüren. Die Türen waren sehr dünn und zum Flur hin unten durch einen Schlitz offen - super steile Treppe im Hausflur von der mehrere Stufen lose waren!

Doorgezakte bedden, geen warm water tijdens douchen, gehorig, ziet er op de foto’s een stuk beter uit dan in het echt.

Erg klein, niet de beloofde aantal slaapplekken. Een bank was stuk bij aankomst waardoor iemand op de grond moest slapen.
