Excellent facilities and location for price, spacious and comfortable stay. Recommend solo/w partner

Facilities looked even better than I was expecting from online. Very spacious, and excellent location and facilities for the price. Spacious & comfortable shower and bathroom, as well as bed, which is saying a lot as I am 6'6. Be careful when arriving for check-in, read description well as reception is located down the road about 1km. Not an issue at all, and reception staff were extremely welcoming and helpful.

Only proper complaint was the internet access - my room was without option/access. I was only for one-night and trip was for pleasure, so didn't affect me hugely but if came on business may have been a problem. I could see the neighbouring rooms WiFi, so possibly was a temporary issue.

The location was great

The property wasn’t clean. There was dust on the bed side table, an awful smell coming from the shower. Plates put back that were still dirty and multiple passive aggressive notes around the building and apartment

Very Disappointing Stay: Fewer Beds, No Blankets, and Nothing as Described

The accommodation was extremely disappointing. I strongly advise against booking this place. Upon arrival we discovered that there were only five beds available instead of the seven that were promised, even though we arrived with six people. The apartment was uncomfortable and far too small for the size of our group. Unfortunately this resulted in one of the most unpleasant stays we have ever experienced.

We only received 5 beds, even though the listing clearly stated 7. As a result, several of us had to share beds, which was extremely uncomfortable. On top of that, the host provided only 3 blankets for 6 guests, so some of us had to sleep wearing our jackets just to stay warm. Overall, we felt like we were camping indoors, despite paying €300 for this stay. We strongly advise against booking this place to avoid the same disappointment we experienced.

Great location, close to the city centre. The apartment was spacious and modern, with a lovely view.

The bathroom smelled pretty bad and the double beds were so small (140x200). Not quite what you expect from a double bed.

Clean and perfectly located, but the toilet was smelly.

The apartment was spacious and clean. Location was perfect for getting to the city centre easily and traveling to the AFAS Dome (Sportpaleis).

Living room was looking out on a wall and the toilet was really smelly. I also don’t understand not listing the dishwasher as a facility when there’s one present.

Great location but needs some enhancement

The location was perfect for attendance at a conference at the University. The collection of the key was straightforward. Easy access from the wonderful station

The apartment lacked a wardrobe, chest of drawers and towel rail. The main front door was often left open and there was a fire alarm - i suspect illicit smoking

HIGHLY UNRECOMMENDED. Hosts spy on their tenants/visitors at all times. Watch them get dressed. I could clearly hear them discussing my personal affairs amongst others. They Clearly did not clean well after last guests. Dust and mold in the vents. Random stuff everywhere. There’s a dishwasher you’re not allowed to use. Very IKEA like furniture. Drain Flies in the bathroom and vents. And no TV?! Also theres a balcony with a lovely view, but the cameras HIDDEN INSIDE the apartment and the people that eavesdrop on you at all times narrating their and your life without a care in the world would certainly take your breath away far more than any view can ever.

I do not recommend

I do not recommend. From the start, there were issues – we had to pick up the keys at a different location and wait in line. When we finally got to the apartment, it still wasn’t ready even 2 hours after the official check-in time, despite already having the keys. The room was dirty – when we contacted the rental company to report that the room wasn’t ready, they only apologized. Cleaning staff arrived only after our complaint and did what they could in about 30 minutes. To be clear: the cleaning ladies were not at fault – they were kind and even brought us toilet paper. The real problem is with the rental company’s poor organization and lack of care. Unfortunately, the room was still far from clean: hair in the sink and on the floor, dirty floors, mold in the bathroom, a filthy terrace, moldy ventilation, and broken air conditioning. The windows were filthy, and the curtains looked like they hadn’t been washed in years. There was no WiFi, the apartment door was heavy and hard to open, and there was only one small elevator for the whole building. The area was noisy, both outside and inside the building. At night, someone rang the intercom, and strangers tried to enter the building behind us. Right next to the building, there was construction. If you’re planning to stay with more than two people, note that the sofa bed is extremely uncomfortable – hard as a rock. The air was stale, and we had to ventilate the apartment due to the unpleasant smell left by previous guests. Dust was everywhere, and overall, the apartment lacked cleanliness, maintenance, and proper management. The only positive aspect was the location.

Good enough for only one night

Price, location, big apartment, view to the city

The furniture surfaces were not properly cleaned, there were traces from the previous guests. The floors were not properly cleaned. The bath towel was old and ripped with holes. The bed mattress is of low quality. The staff when doing the check-in nearby were nonchalant. There is no clear sign with the name so as to access the building. The building walls have poor soundproofing and you can constantly hear the other guests.

The room was comfortable but the service was very frustrating.

I was satisfied with the facilities, convenience and safety.

On the first day, I arrived at 4pm, but the room was being cleaned. I got permission to leave my luggage in the room and stored some Japanease Sake for work in the refrigerator. However, when I returned to the room, the Sake was gone. I immediately told the staff and asked for it back, but they did not return it. I asked for a full explanation, but there was no response. I asked for compensation, but I am still dissatisfied with the fact that I have not received any response at all.

Weekend in Antwerp

The location is perfect, the place was clean and the instructions were very clear. It is perfectly located between the train station and the city centre, close enough that you can walk everywhere but far enough to not be disturbed by noise.

The only suggestions I feel to make are the following: one more towel per person would have been nice, and a little less dramatic signs are also fine to get the messages through.

Excellent value for money

Excellent value for money, everything clean, good lift and windows well sound-proofed. Perfectly adequate for a short stay. Good central location.

It would be useful to have things like a couple of hooks on bathroom and bedroom doors - there is nowhere to hang or unpack anything. Access a bit complicated and traffic was a nightmare getting into Antwerp - just worth others being aware that this can be the case and allowing longer.

Spacious and very good location.

After one shower the bathroom floor was completely covered in water because the shower door didn’t close properly and also kitchenware was lacking.

The Location was good, staff friendly, apartment was really big and spacious.

Cleaning wasn’t the best, no iron or ironing board, no tv, no full length mirror. We stayed here to attend Tomorrowland festival and had one 1 bathroom mirror between us all.

Very pleasant overall!

Tea, coffee, sugar, salt and pepper (probably left by previous guests but not removed by cleaners) were really handy to rustle up a bite to eat. Balcony is great for a bit of fresh air. Beds really comfortable. So important when walking around all day! Apartment is very clean and spacious.

No hangers in bedroom or bathroom, awkward when having shower. Noise from street when windows are open. Mosquitoes but hunt was easy with white walls. Only bedroom windows and door then had to be kept closed.

A modern, spacious apartment in a convenient location.

A great 4 night stay in this spacious and comfortable apartment. Nothing was missing (except the wardrobe), the kitchen was fully equipped for light cooking, and the location turned out to be very convenient - not far from the famous train station and a 10-15 minute walk from numerous attractions. The very polite gentleman who helped solve the problem of excessive ventilation noise deserves special praise. Fast, efficient and with a smile, thank you! I would definitely stay here again. I can only recommend.

For the price, everything met expectations.
