No place to stay and have breakfast// cold atmosphere

Looks as a apartment solution with a nonchalant maintenance/ small interior adjustments will offer a much better value for money ( falling curtains / damaged coach ) Street level entrance directly in the flat

Except for the location, everything else was hell.

The location.

The check-in policy is an absolute joke, first being 21:00, then magically changing to 20:30, and I had to get another hotel for the first night, because my flight was late. The next day, we had to wait in a 10-people queue, because they open at 14:00, and that’s the only way to get your keys. NO EXCEPTIONS ON THE POLICY. The floor was dirty, and the shower only had two settings - extremely hot, and lava, with no way of making it colder. The additional rules you find out about ONLY when you arrive are absolutely ridiculous! If you decide to have a friend over for coffee, you will be fined €950, if you don’t pay them €25 in advance. Will never stay at this dump again, and will make sure everyone I know find out about the conditions, so they don’t spend their money there. Absolutely horrible. THE WORST booking decision for all my years of travelling…

Great stay in Antwerp

The apartment is huge and right in the city center with an amazing view. And all of this for just €60!

The microwave is combined with the oven so it's a bit complicated to use, also the plates were not clean so you had to wash them before using (although I do that everywhere I stay anyway)

Never book this Appartment, you will feel me if you book it, I can rate it -10.

Nothing to like, I would not rent it for free.

The stuffs were impolite, rude and disrespectful, I have never seen such behaviour in my whole life, they act like they do not care about anything and like I was going for free!!! If I find time I will go to police for such disrespectful behaviour. More than that no washing machine, no hair Drayer bad smile, no Iron no basics facilities in Appartment, I suggest, never book this place.

The Location was great as it was in center and easily connected by metro and 10 mins away from the train station too. The guys that manage the apartment are super helpful. 10/10 for their great customer service.

Great location ,on the outside of the building.

It has a bed, a shower and the location.

When told by one of the staff where my apartment was he explained that it was in the building he told me it was on the 1st floor and I didn't need to take the stairs. When some one I noticed from the office who also had a room in the building nicely let me in. I only had one tiny key so I tried the one door that it fit in but nothing. Luckily another member of the staff walked in to ask if I needed help he then told me it was outside around the corner. It would have been nice if I was told it wasn't located in the actual location where other guests were staying. Also I didn't receive an email on where my apartment was located and instructions about the room. I did after I checked my phone it was in my booking.com messages. Maybe it is my bad for not checking the phone. I was instructed it was on the first floor, and no stairs. I am not mad or angry. I think staff should give the location of Apartment 0 to future guest. Also the room was Warm. And the door was sticking when entering and exiting room. Had to pull and push it shut each time. The door made a load noise entering and exiting. Almost like it could break. Seemed to be fine no matter the noise.

Mooie gelegen appartement met veel potentie.

De ligging van het appartement is heel goed. Op loopafstand van het station en het centrum. Het is een ruim appartement met een mooi uitzicht over het plein. De bedden lagen fijn. Er waren wat basis benodigdheden aanwezig zoals handzeep, thee en koffie Met wat meer aandacht voor de inrichting kun je er een super plek van maken.

Het appartement heeft de nodige aandacht nodig. De banken hebben echt hun beste tijd gehad. De vaatwasser deed het niet. Er stond een kleine eettafel met 4 stoelen terwijl het een 8 persoons appartement was. De gordijnen waren niet schoon. Een aantal haakjes in de slaapkamer en badkamer zou fijn zijn geweest, evenals een kapstok. Nu konden we nergens iets ophangen. Één handdoek per persoon was aan de krappe kant vonden wij.

Загалом все було добре. Апартаменти просторі, чисті, є все необхідне приладдя на кухні, достатньо рушників та засобів гігієни. Дуже красиве панорамне вікно з виглядом на дорогу і місто. Ми провели біля нього вечір і нас дуже сподобалося. Також прекрасне розташування, дуже близько до центру.

Не встигли поприбирати до нашого заїзду і апартаменти прибирали вже під час нашого перебування(це не було зручно). Також спочатку було холодно, ми ввімкнули опалення на максимум, але нагрівалася квартира достатньо довго. В апартаментах є запах сигаретного диму, особливо в кімнаті з балконом, який виходить у двір.

Bij aankomst was de poetsdame nog bezig, opzich niet erg, maar had afgesproken op een bepaald uur ergens te zijn, en kon dus niet weg tot de poetsdame klaar was.

We hadden te weinig handdoeken gekregen en dit was ondanks dat er een extra was gevraagd, niet geregeld. De banken in de woonkamer zagen er echt niet meer fris uit.

De locatie was prima

Het was zo ontzettend sober ,er was helemaal niets wat op aankleding leek. Zo een kaal appartement. Voor 6 personen 4 eetstoelen en 2 klapstoelen. En met 6 personen een half rolletje toilet papier. De hoofdkussens kun niet een hoofdkussen noemen.

Veel ruimte, super uitzicht, goede locatie. Appartement is licht, met veel ramen. Sleuteluitgifte ging soepel, aardige mensen.

De huisregels zijn enorm streng, maar dat zie je daar pas. Als ik een collega zou willen uitnodigen om binnen een kopje thee te drinken kan ik daar een boete van 950 euro voor krijgen. En dat wordt met camera's in de gaten gehouden op de gang. Dat voelt niet heel welkom.... Verder zou meer dan 1 handdoek voor de douche ook fijn zijn.

Het was niet schoon, toen we aankwamen hadden we geen handdoeken en geen beddengoed. Na contact dit wel gekregen. Het was niet schoon. We misten bedden.

Ik heb niks positiefs kunnen vinden

We verbleven hier met een groep van 18 personen en het was ronduit belachelijk hoe slecht alles geregeld was. Er waren geen fatsoenlijke slaapplaatsen; er lagen slechts wat matrassen in een hoek op de grond gegooid. Van een normaal bed was geen sprake. Het appartement zelf was vies en onverzorgd – overal lag stof en vuil. Er was niet genoeg beddengoed, geen kussenslopen, en veel mensen moesten zonder deken slapen. Dat is onacceptabel, zelfs voor een budgetaccommodatie. Tot overmaat van ramp troffen we een bloedvlek aan in een van de bedden, en er was niet eens toiletpapier aanwezig. Voor deze prijs mag je misschien niet veel luxe verwachten, maar dit was beneden elk minimum. Doe jezelf een plezier: betaal iets meer en slaap ergens waar je in elk geval hygiëne en een bed mag verwachten. Dit was zonder twijfel de meest smerige plek waar ik ooit heb moeten overnachten.

El apartamento pequeño aunque suficiente para una familia de 5 personas. Las paredes e interruptores algo sucios aunque el resto del piso estaba limpio.
