Consci apartments

The price was very fair for 3 people considering the location, size and the ameneties. The comunication with the owners / staff was very good. Tanya was very helpfull and gave clear instructions. Tanya was also very honest and helped with payment of deposit. she was also quick to pay back the deposit. I liked the location very much as it was in the middle of the Jewis quater of antwerpen which offered a very authentic experience in it self. However this of course also ment extra security mesures like armed miliraty personel due to acosiated security risk. Therefore you should youself consider if you view this as a benefit. The location is also a short walk 10-15 min to the central station and has a few tram lines close by. There are also plenty of shopping nearby and also eating options.

The largest drawback was the buidling itself. The walls and sealings are very thin and you can clearly hear noice coming from any other appartment. we could for example hear every step taken from those staying above. It is not a big problem as it was only very noticaible in the living room and stoped during the night, however it is defiently worth noting. I did not appreaciate that the tourist tax is not incorporated in the price stated on booking.com and must be payed seperatly with the owner. For a small group the tax is minimal but for larger groups and longer stays it can be a significant price increase to keep in mind. However i think this is true for all apartments in antwerp and therefore might be a Booking.com problem and not owner problem As a dane i am generly not comforable with sending money trough direct bank transfers as was needed fror the 200 Euro deposit and tourist tax. However As stated Tanya was very honest and helpful and i have gotten the full depost back without problem.

El apartamento estaba bastante bien situado y bien equipado, buena relación calidad precio. Seguro que repito.

Necesita algunos retoques y sobre todo disponer de más enchufes.
