Spacious apartment!

Disappointing with a dingy, smelly stairwell, overly strict, unfair rules of stay!

Pleasant enough once inside but the stairwell stank and was dark.

The rules about noise etc are very strict. We were charged a deposit which we would lose if we made too much noise or made contact with the neighbours, yet we had to put up with the neighbour's noise! We left the apartment tidy but still haven't heard anything about when we will get our deposit back.

Sad, impersonal apartment

The apartment had a sad and impersonal feeling to it. The window and the door to the backyard had been closed with wire and the garden had been left to rod. The apartment was extremely poorly insulated so you could hear all sounds from the neighbors.

There has been left laundry in the apartment that was drying on two rags. Two of the beds were not clean. The so called house rules that I received just a day before check in was formulated in a rude manner and because of the poor insulation we were afraid of noises from the TV could disturb the neighbors leading to us not getting our deposit back. Also disturbing that you are not allowed to touch beds that you don’t use - suggests that they are not cleaned after every booking. The apartment was not especially comfortable and very poorly decorated.

Not good. Could have been better.

The good part is that the apartment is at the city center. There were basic items and towels for use. Checkin and checkout was automatic with self serve. It had a refrigerator, water kettle, ceramic stove , an oven and a microwave. Received the security deposit back.

The bad parts- Area is very congested and dirty. We arrived by car and there is no place to park or even halt for 10 minutes. The apartment was not as per expected. The dishwasher racks were removed so one cannot use it. This was not informed earlier. The options of utensils was limited to one pan and one wok. There is no air conditioning. But the owner didnot even provide fan. It was very hot and we could not even open the windows because of mosquitos. There was no provision of waste disposal. The area is very noisy and I would not stay there again with family. If someone is coming by car, better avoid this locality. Car parking at near by parkplatz is very costly. I paid 25 euros for 12 hours.

There should be no deposits.Nowhere else in Europe or Belgium we came across something like this.

The location and facilies were good.

The owners are scammers.They required a deposit of 100euros as a guarantee for the safety of their stuff. We got just 75 euros back.They said it was the bank commission. Our bank doesn’t take commission.We transferred 100 ,which they got without commission. So, if you are ready to lose 25%,then go for it.

Very good budget wise

The apartment was very clean and large enough to fit in comfortably. The location is good and near a big park. Overall we liked it but for families with baby, the apartment doesn’t have a double bed and the it was cold during the nights as the heating system didn’t work at all.

- locatie: Niet te ver van station - communicatie 50/50

- geen frisse geur, maar wel proper - je hoort vanalles van de buren Let op! Je moet na het reserveren €3 per pers. Toeristenbelasting betalen en €100 voor een waarborg. Maar ik kreeg dit meteen terug. Dus oké maar dit mocht beter vermeld staan.

Schoon appartement, ruim. Veel bedden. De straat was rustig.

Het is praktisch, maar niet heel gezellig ingericht. Het is gehorig maar onze bovenburen waren stil, dus daar hebben we geen last van gehad.

L'appartamento dove siamo stati noi è al quarto piano, raggiungibile.con una scala stretta e scomoda. Non c'è la doccia, ma una piccola vasca da bagno da utilizzare come doccia. Letti accettabili, non proprio comodi

Adecuado para nuestra visita a Amberes

Ubicado en una barrio con abundante población judía, muy tranquilo y silencioso. Tiendas y restaurantes muy próximos. Salón y cocina todo junto, muy amplio aunque la cocina tiene el menaje muy justo y el frigorífico es pequeño. Hay lavavajillas pero no sé puede usar. Lavadora y secadora disponibles. La anfitriona nos permitió muy cortésmente adelantar el check in y dejar el equipaje a la llegada

Non mi é piaciuto nulla, solo la posizione abbastanza centrale per il resto era un alloggio veramente deludente

Sembrava un dormitorio con 10 posti letto, tutti letti a castello. Lenzuola che non avevano un buon odore. Stendino con lenzuola stese in una camera. Lavastoviglie senza i cestelli. Tavola con una tovaglia di plastica sporca e vecchia. Mi é stata chiesta una cauzione per avere i codici di ingresso, pena la non comunicazione degli stessi. Questo però su Booking non era indicato.

Séjour très agréable malgré quelques désagréments. Difficultés liées à la barrière de la langue

le quartier était très calme, il n'est pas loin de la gare et des transports en commun (tram et bus) . L'appartement est très spacieux très agréable et très propre. Les lits étaient confortables et il y en avait pour 8 personnes.

Difficultés de communication avec la propriétaire, escalier assez raide quand on a des bagages. Demande de paiement de caution et de la taxe de séjour assez tardive. Le code d'accès nous a été communiqué au dernier moment. Les rideaux du salon ne couvrent pas toute la surface vitrée. (Problème de vis à vis) Pas de clés aux portes, un grand inconvénient quand on utilise les toilettes à plusieurs. Pas d'indication pour le local poubelles. Tapage nocturne des voisins dans la nuit du vendredi 30 au samedi 31 mai.

Heel goede prijskwaliteit, zeker als je weet dat alles inbegrepen is zoals Lakens, handdoeken, zeep, koffiepads, opkuis. Heel tevreden van ons verblijf. Super Proper ook!

Ietwat weinig stopcontacten in de keuken. We kunnen ons voorstellen dat als alle bedden bezet zijn dat het maar een klein badkamertje is voor iedereen, maar wij kregen 2 appartementen toegewezen voor 8 personen, dus dat was ideaal.
