Overall, our stay in this apartment was calm and positive. I recommend it.

Main advantage of the apartment: panoramic windows — lots of natural light, a sense of space, and a pleasant atmosphere.

You should be prepared that the apartment is quite worn out and needs cosmetic renovation and thorough cleaning. The grey towels are heavily worn and have rust-colored stains. The bed linen was wrinkled. There were visible traces left by previous guests on the sofas. Upon arrival, the windows were open and there was a strong smell of cigarette smoke.

Overall, we Managed fine, but definitely not for group that’s not fully comfortable with each other

Location!! Perfect, close to train station, bus station, centre, supermarket, domino’s, ideal! Kitchen was nice equipped too, easy process of collecting the keys.

We booked with them last year too, just our group was one person less this time (4 now). We were extremely happy last time so expected similar. How wrong we were .. one bedroom only, so two of us slept on very uncomfortable and kinda dirty looking sofa beds in the open kitchen. Place looked clean at first, but turnes out, floors were that dirty, all the socks went to the bin as it would be impossible to wash them. One small mirror in the house, so getting ready we need to use corridor lift mirror for outfit check. Nowhere to hang your bathroom towels to allow it to dry. And the worst of all - balcony was from the “inside” side, no view for the city, just cracked walls and other people’s patio. Balcony itself was just one of those “add on” balconies, just a metal sheets with fence attached to the wall. Not comfortable, extremely loud when walking on it.

The appartment was in a very good location. The living area was big and nice. The people, when we needed help, were good; except they didn't get us a fan.

The appartment was too hot. We got no fan even though we asked for one. Our stay was like living in an extremely hot oven. The bedroom window was one sheet of glass and didn't open. So night time was very uncomfortable. The toilet was not ensuite. Picking up the key from a different location was a nuisance.

Everythin Terrible except location. No response. Full instruction after non-refundable fee paid.

Very bad experience of collecting the property keys on arrival. It was stated that collection time is until 9pm of the day, but actually the reception desk is available to pass over the key until 8.30pm. Also, and it is even worse, there was no mention that the key collection point is at different location of where the hotel located. It is kind of scam that only mention to guest the key collection place is at a different place until the payment is paid, and the only available payment option is non-refundable. So the guest has no choice but obey the hotel's requirement to travel further distance even if that is unaccepatable. And host would not respond any message until seeking help from booking.com to contact the host.

Brilliant apartment with superb location

The location was superb, only a few minutes walk to the Train station and only a five minute walk to the Grote Markt, so everything was so close and nearby. There was a store only 1 minute walk away to get supplies for dinner and breakfast. I loved the big windows in the apartment that let in a lot of light in the daytime and then you could see the city lit up at night when it got dark and the view was just amazing. I was on my own, so there was so much space, but even if there were a few more people in the apartment, there would still be lots of room.

There were no utensils for cooking, there were plates, pots and pans, but nothing else. I had to have a quick walk to a shop to get a fork, and some spatulas (I took them all with me - lesson learned for next time) and then I was able to cook.

Locatie en uitzicht top, inrichting te minimalistisch en daardoor totale beleving niet prettig.

De locatie was top, hoekappartement met veel glas en goed uitzicht over het levendige plein bij de opera. Je loopt zo naar alle toeristische plekken, goed centraal. Auto paar dagen geparkeerd in parkeergarage Astridplein, ging goed maar kon mogelijk ook net wat dichterbij.

Basis van het appartement is goed en in principe luxe. Door 2 slechte (slaap)banken, oude salontafel, erg basic eethoek en tweedehands bedden haalde de inrichting de gehele beleving omlaag, Er is geen televisie en de vaatwasser is onklaar gemaakt en kun je niet gebruiken. Op alles wat geld kost aan inrichting is bezuinigd en dat doet de beleving geen goed. Als een paar duizend euro geïnvesteerd wordt in mooiere spullen en TV plus vaatwasser komen dan is dit een heel luxe appartement. Nu op zich prima voor een paar dagen, maar je voelt je wel genept.

În apartament este foarte spațios și foarte bine amplasat, dar îi lipsesc cîteva lucruri simple și ieftine, care evident reduc confortul: 1. Îi lipsește un dulap unde să-ți poți agăța haine mai elegante!!! 2. În baie nu există niciun cârlig pentru a agăța prosoapele. 3. În apartament, timp de 7 zile nu sa făcut curățenie, nu sa scos gunoiul, nu sa schimbat lenjeria, prosoapele, care, de altfel erau puține ( câte un prosop de persoană, iar prosopul de mini si picioare - comun )

De ligging en hoe licht de ruimte is. Ook is het pand goed beveiligd.

Wij hebben met z’n vijven de studio geboekt, maar dit is veel te krap voor 5 personen. De max is hier echt 4 personen, omdat de slaapbanken erg krap zijn. Ook zijn deze slaapbanken erg oncomfortabel. We hadden ook een stoel te weinig staan, en we moesten zelf nog onze bedden opmaken. Jullie moeten echt beter kijken naar het aantal personen per appartement, want het is niet logisch dat jullie dit aanbieden voor dit aantal personen.

Ik ben hier voor de tweede keer geweest, maar helaas was deze ervaring teleurstellend. Op de foto’s worden verschillende kamers getoond, maar ik kreeg enkel een kleine studio zonder terras. Mijn kussensloop had letterlijk een voetafdruk erop, wat absoluut niet kan. In het algemeen kwam de kamer totaal niet overeen met de foto’s. Wat mij ook opvalt, is dat ze de mooie kamers van de foto’s wél hebben, maar wanneer alles vol zit, geven ze je een andere kamer die ze nergens laten zien — terwijl ze wel hetzelfde bedrag aanrekenen. Ik vind het jammer, want na mijn eerste verblijf had ik hogere verwachtingen. Deze keer voelde het eerlijk gezegd als misleiding.

Niks, het was vies en een kaal appartement.

Zeer slechte hygiëne, vieze vloer, muren, bedden en badkamer. Niet om aan te zien. Echt een verschrikkelijke nacht gehad. Ramen die niet open konden, buren die je hoorde. Geen fijn verblijf. Wegblijven hier.

🚫 SMERIG! prijs-kwaliteit ver te zoeken!

Inchecken verliep soepel met duidelijke instructies. Locatie ideaal om zo te stad in te lopen. Fijn matras (zacht; maar dat is een kwestie van smaak natuurlijk).

VIES! Badkamer spant de kroon. Voegen in de douche geel/oranje/bruin van het vuil 🤢, schimmel in de kitranden en haren van de vorige huurder. Verder: aangekoekt stof op de plinten, gore vlekken op de muren en banken, vuiligheid onder de banken, vieze pannen in het kastje. De ‘gratis toiletartikelen’ zijn wat overdreven. In de douche staat enkel een douchegel voor heren en er is géén shampoo en conditioner aanwezig. De koffiemachine die aanwezig is, is kapot. De besteklade is behoorlijk matig uitgerust, er is bijv. niet eens een schaar aanwezig. Nepplanten door het huis maken de uitstraling erg triest. Ronduit schandalig hoeveel geld we hebben betaald voor ons verblijf en hoe weinig we daar voor terug kregen. Ik ben blij dat we er slechts 1 nacht verbleven, dit was eens en nooit meer.

Leuke en fijn, gezellig en knus verblijf midden in het centrum

Een plek om te verblijven dichtbij het centrum van Antwerpen en makkelijk bereikbaar met openbaar vervoer of de auto

In het algemeen ben ik wel gewend dat studio of kamers aanwezig zijn zonder tv. Maar dat maakt de sfeer toch ff anders maar verder niks om aan te merken.

L’accueil qui est très sympathique mais c’est tout

Nous etions3 et a notre arrivée pas de lit préparé pour le3e. Pas de coussins ou oreillers extra , lit de mauvaise qualité. Airco qui ne descend pas la température, douche sans pression et absolument chaude alors qu’on cherche du frais, percolateur sans cafetière, lave vaisselle sans paniers , aucun plat pour le four, et touffes de cheveux dans l’évacuation douche, évier salle de bain qui évacue en 25 jours lol, pas de seconde prise de courant près du lit donc on doit choisir entre charger son smatphone ou avoir de la lumière. Bref une fois , pas deux .

Totaal niet zoals gehoopt en verwacht.

We hadden een kamer geboekt voor 10 personen. Bij aankomst in het appartement troffen we daar maar 1 tweepersoons bed aan en 1 eenpersoons bed. In de woonkamer stonden 2 slaapbanken waar maar 1 persoon op kon slapen. In totaal dus 5 slaapplekken. Als je een appartement boekt voor 10 personen, zo stond dit appartement ook aangeboden, mag je verwachten dat je hier daadwerkelijk met 10 personen zou kunnen slapen. De schoonmaakster vertelde ons dat zij matrassen op de grond zou leggen voor de resterende slaapplekken. Dit is ook gedaan maar dit is uiteraard niet de manier waarop we verwacht hadden te moeten slapen. Het appartement is veel te klein en om het te verkopen als een appartement voor 10 personen is totaal niet op z’n plek en we voelde ons flink in de zeik genomen.

Dat de hele buiten gevel raam is van vloer tot plafond. Nooit gezien Het leek savonds wel een podium waar ik m'n ding kon doen. Hihi En de hele bocht vd Italiëleii inclusief de op de tramhalte wachtende zielen hadden een gratis voorstelling . Gave ervaring! PS ik wil bij deze de test van mijn leven appartement 101# Reserveren Tot sne x Tip. Douche water loopt gevaarlijk over badkamer vloer en kan ongelukken veroorzaken. Er is geen mogelijkheid dit droog te maken met gevomg dat ik snacjts bijna uitgleed en er zeker een ambulance gebeld had moeten worden. Douchemat of trekwsser volstaat prima. Mvg, Patrick Visser

Ikke book denne leiligheten!

Eneste positive her er beliggenhet og størrelse på leilighet. Ligger rett ved metro stopp Opera

- Leiligheten var ikke ren! Vi ble helt svarte under beina da vi gikk på flisgulvet. Møkkete på vegger. - Stort minus med dobbeltdyner. Små dobbeltsenger. - Fikk for få håndklær til antall personer. Ta med eget håndkle! - AC var det ikke der. Ekstremt varmt. Åpne vinduer ga masse støy utenfra. - Halvparten av reisefølget måtte sove på dårlig sofa i stua med bare et håndkle over seg, da sengene var små og det bare var én dyne i hver seng. - NB! Sjekk inn MÅ skje før 21. på kvelden på en helt annen adresse. Flyet vårt landet på kvelden, og da kunne ingen hjelpe oss med nøkkel. Vi måtte ringe en som jobbet på en restaurant i Antwerpen og betale henne for å hente nøkkel for oss. Ellers hadde vi mistet leiligheten og hele summen vi betalte. Eier var null serviceinnstilt! - Det verste var at vi hadd et "innbrudd" Datteren min var alene i stua da to menn låste seg inn. Hun ble skremt. De sa de kom fra airbnb og måtte sjekke om noen kastet ting fra verandaen De presenterte seg ikke og viste ikke ID. Bare låste seg inn. Så gikk de forbi henne og videre inn. Traff da på en voksen, da bare snudde de og forsvant ut. Endte med at vi ble redde, ringte politiet og brukte hele kvelden med politiet. De sjekket overvåkningskamera og det var noen som jobbet med sikkerhet i leiligheten . Fikk ingen unnskyldning fra eier og ble nektet penger tilbake for resterende dager da vi ville ut av leiligheten. ' - Møtte aldri noen forståelse fra eier. Bare én beklagelse hadde holdt. Men de sto på sitt og var frekke. - Kommer aldri tilbake hit.

Goede ligging in t centrum van Antwerpen.

De ligging was goed. We zaten midden in het centrum en het was zeer groot. We waren met zijn 2-en maar er stonden 3 2 persoonsbedden.

Het terras (geen privacy) zat aan de achterkant en er werden van boven steeds peuken op ons terras gegooid. Ik rook zelf ook maar ruimde ze netjes op dus dit was vervelend. En omdat het zeer groot was en er bijna niets in de woonkamer stond voelde het te groot en leeg.

Appartement super bien situé, parfait pour notre usage.

La situation géographique, nous avons laissé les clés à l'intérieur et avons claqué la porte, quelqu'un est venu rapidement nous ouvrir. Quel soulagement, merci beaucoup. L'appartement est spacieux, les lits et la literie, la cuisine sont confortables

Il n'y a pas de placard pour ranger ses affaires, c'est bruyant (voisins festifs une nuit et pompiers, ambulances, motos qui passent en bas et qu'on entend trop bien)
