Great apartment to stay with friends.

Location in city center, spacious apartment with terrace.

Can be noisy because of the location. It was 10 degrees when we stayed, and the floor was cold.

good location but expect some mosquitos and heat during the summer.

the location was fantastic and spacious. the Managment is quick to respond but didn’t really solve our issues. for a two night stay.

there’s no mosquito nets, so if you come in the summer buckle up because you’re on the menu. there’s no air conditioner on the property so if you don’t have the windows open (mosquitoes) you will have a hot night ahead of you. the site does advertise AC, but when i asked the property manager they told me they clean the rooms with AC(?) whatever that means. but trust me there are no fans, no air conditioner. the coffee machine was filled with water and grounds so we opted not to use anything in the apartments since we didn’t know how clean it really would be. but i was looking forward to sitting on their deck and having a cup of coffee in the morning. the shower isn’t intuitive so if you’ve never seen this combination then good luck getting the water going overhead. below the property is a restaurant where they have a great time until 2/4 AM since the people/ staff talk very loudly in the alley both nights (Monday to Tuesday, Tuesday to Wednesday is when we stayed there) the windows and walls are super thin so if you can’t stand noise at night this isn’t the place for you. the alleyway/street was busy and social all night.

NOOIT MEER….teveel gebreken en geen contact te krijgen!

Dat ik weer na huis ging.

Wat niet? Gordijnen die niet sloten en los hingen van plafond. Een keiharde bank waar je vering van voelde. Geen tv. Balkondeur die niet goed sloot. Groot gat in vloer naast het bed gewoon in de fundering. En aller ergste op slaapkamer ging raam niet eens dicht! Hartje antwerpen op zaterdagavond, we hebben geen oog dicht gedaan door kabaal en de kou. Handdoek ertussen gepropt verwarming hoger maar toch na woonkamer verplaatst. Vervolgens mailen we en appen we eigenaren en krijgen NERGENS een antwoord.

Sauberkeit steht an erster Stelle! Und genau das war leider das Problem.

Die Unterkunft liegt sehr zentral. Somit hat man eine gute Anbindung an die Innenstadt. Die wichtigsten Adressen sind somit fußläufig erreichbar.

Die Unterkunft war nicht gepflegt und nicht sauber. An den Wänden war Dreck von zerdrückten Mücken und Spinnenweben in den Ecken. Der Boden war nicht sauber und die Dusche stank nach Urin beim ersten Duschen. Die Matratzen von den Betten waren nicht nur sehr unbequem und durchgelegen, sondern auch sehr fleckig.

La struttura è nuova, ma non è attrezzata al meglio, per essere un appartamento non ha nessun confort, ecco perché il prezzo così basso, non ha lavatrice, tv, bidet, nella cucina mancano la maggior parte degli attrezzi.

Il servizio è pessimo, chi lo gestisce non si rende per niente disponibile, il prezzo non giustifica nulla, non ci tornerò mai più
