The location was great, close to most of the tourist attractions. The place was spacious enough. It was also suitable for more than 2 people. Everything looked new and clean and the overall atmosphere was very nice.

I had a bit of a bad experience before going, because in the description was stated that the deposit payment goes trough booking and is automatically collected, which turned out to be incorrect. A few minutes after booking the apartment I received a WhatsApp message with instructions to make a deposit payment +registration fee trough an app called Molley. I texted booking to check with them first and they advised me not to answer the message and to contact the place. After contacting Home and Hill they confirmed the WhatsApp message was from them and that was the way to pay the deposit. Then to double check I called booking support and they explained that the deposit can not be collected trough booking.com, despite what was written on tbe offer and what the previous customer support told me. I made the payment trough Molley, everything was fine, received the code for the keys immediately after. So keep in mind that the information stared by booking in the description about the deposit payment is incorrect. About the place itself: The front door was hard to unlock. Also keep in mind the apartment is on the 3rd floor with a verry narrow and steep staircase that might be a problem for some people. Like most old European buildings the walls don't cancel much of the noice from the other apartments like doors closing or loud speaking, but people seem to be following the quiet hours rules so we didn't have any problems with that.

Locatie en appartement is erg goed! Netjes en modern.

LET OP! Op booking.com staat dat alle toeslagen inclusief zijn. Dat is NIET het geval. De eigenasr brengt nog eens €6 per persoon per nacht in rekening. Let daar op!

Sehr schöne Unterkunft und sehr zentral

Leider musste man pro Person und pro Nacht noch 6€ zahlen als Gebühr über einen Zahlungslink, dies wurde über booking nicht kommuniziert. Leider war auf Nachfragen bezüglich Klima usw. keiner mehr erreichbar über Whatsapp sobald man die Gebühr bezahlt hat. Parkplätze sind nicht wie beschrieben in der Umgebung für 1€ sondern kosten pro Nacht ab 26€

De informatie op de site is heel tegenstrijdig. Via booking kreeg ik de info alle belastingen en toeslagen inbegrepen + de melding:"Ga niet in op andere berichten buiten bookinig communicatie". Na twee minuten kreeg ik een bericht van de verhuurder met een betaallink voor toeslagen en borg via Whatsapp en dit met een telefoonnummer dat niet vermeldt staat op booking? Misschien duidelijk meedelen dat er nog extra kosten bijkomen via een externe betaallink en het gebruikelijk nummer vermelden? Zal de volgende reiziger minder stress bezorgen.
