Beautiful place

Really lovely location and view, and super nice breakfast, perfect to nutrition-load for a ski day. The staff were also amazing, they answered so many of my questions, and let me store luggage for a day.

Top location and delicious food

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location is fantastic – right by the lake and very close to the mountain cable car. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making us feel very welcome from the first moment. The food was absolutely delicious and of excellent quality. We will definitely come back!

It is a beautiful place right next to the lake and the restaurant has delicious food.

It was a beautiful place right next to the lake. The dinner and breakfast were amazing!! They have free parking for your car. If you want to kayak or SUP, there is a store right next door were you can rent one.

There is no A/C if you stay during a heat wave. They did provide 2 portable fans. The additional bed (pull down bed) was uncomfortable; the regular bed was comfy.

The location is breathtaking. It is very beautiful.

The restaurant food is too expensive. I am ready to pay but the food should be at least tasty. Firstly, the waiter got us wrong order on top of that it tasted awful.

Family weekend, split between the lake and the mountains.

Stuff very friendly, facility very clean, room spacious and location very convenient. Most of all, family/kids oriented.

Not that we didn’t like it (we asked beforehand and therefore we knew, it wasn’t a surprise) but having a little fridge in the room would have been a big plus. The facility is super family friendly, but without a fridge where to store food for babies (our case) and/or cold beverages in summer, it wasn’t ideal. The stuff offered alternatives (fridge at the reception), which was appreciated and we managed and coped with the situation, but of course not as convenient as having a private fridge in the room. Having said that, hotel is highly recommended and we enjoyed our stay a lot.

Fantastic lakeside location

The location was fantastic, with amazing views. It was great to have cocktails and dinner right at the lake. Breakfasts were excellent. There were paths for walking along the lake and up into the hills above Unterterzen. Front desk staff were welcoming.

The only room for improvement would be a refrigerator in the room.

Excellent location for several activities.

Great location next to train station, on the lake with kayak/bike/scooter rental next to hotel, boat dock next to hotel to visit other towns on the lake for lunch/dinner. Outstanding hotel breakfast. Cable car to Flumserberg was a block from the hotel. Wonderful option for older kids/teens with mountain coaster and ropes course.

Pleasant stay at a mesmerising location

Everything was superb be the location or the stuffs. The food in the restaurant is very fresh and yummy. The breakfast was nice and rich. Specially the Marina suite is provided with excellent view and very spacious.

Stressful bizzare check in experience. Happy ever after.

amazing location. stunning view. great facilities. you can walk on nice trails, rent a bike, sit by the balcony, dip yourself at the lake which is 1 minute walk away, take a boat ride to other sides. restaurant is inside the resort with great food.

- The check in experience was awful, as we found the check in office closed, with no way at all to contact them, even though we were in contact with them prior to arriving. It was just 7pm. The only phone number we had gives us a machine reply that they are closed. Later on we found another check in desk, where we also found no one initially but upon searching inside we found someone and were asked to wait. Finally someone came and we got our apartment access cards, with no apology to what happened. Guests do not deserve to face the stress of finding contact by running in panic from corner to corner in the rain, in order to be able to check in. - The WiFi is borderline functional. - The apartment has stairs inside which is not mentioned in the advertisememt.
