amazing location. stunning view. great facilities. you can walk on nice trails, rent a bike, sit by the balcony, dip yourself at the lake which is 1 minute walk away, take a boat ride to other sides. restaurant is inside the resort with great food.
- The check in experience was awful, as we found the check in office closed, with no way at all to contact them, even though we were in contact with them prior to arriving. It was just 7pm. The only phone number we had gives us a machine reply that they are closed. Later on we found another check in desk, where we also found no one initially but upon searching inside we found someone and were asked to wait. Finally someone came and we got our apartment access cards, with no apology to what happened.
Guests do not deserve to face the stress of finding contact by running in panic from corner to corner in the rain, in order to be able to check in.
- The WiFi is borderline functional.
- The apartment has stairs inside which is not mentioned in the advertisememt.
