Location was superbe, Diego, working in the restaurant was very kind and helpful

Well besides the recurring comments on the breakfast, it was pretty okay but in the end the hotel and restaurant do not merge and either have to separate or merge with a marriage counseler. Now it seems that they are living apart together wich can be confusing

Try to avoid

It's a nice area but nothing to do with the hotel

I intentionally was looking for a place with breakfast but it's the worst breakfast ever I had for 30+ years travelling. It's literally nothing more than bread, cheese and packed cereals. It's also no people reception and I couldn't get help with a taxi and couldn't get an iron.

The view, when looking past the road and road construction and the parking lot

The loud music from the entryway and restaurant Brasserie au Lac, and the lying and snickering staff, from both the restaurant and hotel, who refused to turn the music off at 10pm as promised, as it thumped into our bedroom. And this was while road construction was occurring right in front of the hotel, starting at 7:20am.

more shampoo could be provided or simply you can keep shampoo & shower gel attached to the wall in the shower or provide small bottles of it - it would give more comfort to guests.

Distance and surroundigs to the see

No possibility for parking the car or put out the luggage. Next parking place (publik parking) is about 800 m to walk. Staff is very unfriendly. No goog morning. No covered beakfast tables outide an no one who do this or seems to be responsinble for this

The only good thing about the hotel is actually the very friendly staff.

Very old very poorly equipped very basic hotel. No air conditioning, poor bath amenities, boring minimalist breakfast.

The view and location is what you pay for, also good beds.

Very uninformative check-in. The reception was closed for our whole stay and instead, the staff from the restaurant gave us the key. The breakfast wasn't ready in time and we weren't allowed to sit outside to eat it, only non-hotel guest were allowed to do that.

Rather overpriced rooms

The rooms were fairly clean and you’re at the lake’s doorsteps

Rooms are quite old, beds are uncomfortable, our rooms was not even cleaned between the 2 nights we stayed and for what we paid I would definitely expect nicer/newer rooms

Well located at the end of the lake.

Check-in from 5 pm on a Sunday was inconvenient. Staff were not very welcoming. Breakfast was not that special.

Weesen and the hotel, if a sea-view room is selected, is a very relaxing place.

The restaurant, food, incl. breakfast, service & staff, as well as the location were very good. Parking fees related to parking hours for overnight guests by the council have improved, which in earlier years was a bit of an issue.

The access to the upper levels needs to be re-done, since there's a stairway which is really an issue, as the lift only starts from level 1, instead of ground level. The beds are aging, upgrade recommended, including a better choice of cushions.

Ist ok, da praktisch und eigentlich alles notwendige vorhanden.

Lage direkt am See. Gutes Cafe in der Nähe. Leckeres Restaurant ist auch nicht weit. Zimmer war warm und ordentlich. Reinigungskräfte hilfsbereit und freundlich. Wasser auf dem Zimmer. Kühlschrank vorhanden.

Dem Wasserhahn im Bad fehlte der Einsatz, es hat wie blöd gespritzt. Es war kein Ansprechpartner vorhanden, um das zu melden. Auch für Fragen war niemand da. Wir haben nur per Zufall erfahren, wo das Frühstück stattfindet. Parkplätze gab es keine, wir haben aber eine Parkkarte erhalten für den Mitarbeiterparkplatz. Einen Mülleimer habe ich ausser im Bad nicht gefunden, der auf Hygieneartikel ausgelegt ist. Der eingebaute Kühlschrank konnte nicht eingeschaltet werden. Ich habe mit Hund gebucht. Zum Glück hatte ich nur meinen 15 kg Hund dabei und nicht den 40 kg Hund, sonst hätten wir uns in dem Zimmer nicht umdrehen können. Es hat auch niemand kontrolliert, ob ich einen Hund dabei hatte. Wenn ich für den Hund schon 35 Franken extra pro Nacht bezahle, dann erwarte ich in irgendeiner Weise auch etwas, was den Aufpreis rechtfertigt (Fressnäpfe oder Liegedecke, ausreichend Platz). Meine Begleitung hatte ein deutlich grösseres ZImmer, es war aber auch als Zimmer ohne Hund angegeben.

Wir haben die ganzen 3 Tage nie Personal gesehen. Preis - Leistung nicht gerechtfertigt

Das Frühstück war um 09:30 bereits ausgeschossen . DH Kein Käse Kein Schinken Keine Eier kein Brot Keine Milch im Kaffeautomat Kein Personal . Mit anderen Worten Katastrophal

Das Zimmer war für den Preis sehr klein. Das Licht in der Dusche ging immer wieder aus. Duschkabine konnte nicht ganz verschossen werden. Der Parkplatz war 150 meter entfernt und kostete extra für 3 Nächte Fr. 35.00!!! Wir werden nie mehr in diesem Hotel buchen

Super Hotel für die Durchreise

Das Hotel ist sauber und zentral gelegen. Es hat einen grossen öffentlichen Parkplatz. (kostenpflichtig). Das Self-Checkin funktioniert und ist einfach. Das Frühstück ist cool aufgebaut. Man kann sich selber aus den Kühlschränken und an einem Buffet bedienen. Der Raum ist sehr liebevoll gestaltet. Wie waren zu zweit nach einer langen Wanderung unterwegs. Wir hatten mit einer Bewertung von 6. .. eine Absteige erwartet und wurden sehr positiv überrascht. Die Betten waren bequem und im Zimmer war ein normaler Boden ohne Teppich! Ich würde für eine Nacht definitiv wider kommen. Als Romantikhotel für Pärchen für mehrere Tage wäre es aber weniger geeiegnet.

Die Duschbrause war schon etwas verkalkt. Für CH Verhältnisse ungewöhnlich aber okay.

Tolle Lage, Hotelzimmer hat Potential, was hier leider nicht genutzt wird

Die Lage war sensationell, Beim Checkin am Schalter, an dem man NUR mit Kreditkarte bezahlen konnte, ich aber keine habe, erhielt ich sehr freundliche Unterstützung von Djego, einem Mitarbeiter des Restaurants. Das Essen im Restaurant war ebenfalls sehr gut.

Preis-Leistung stimmt nicht. Bett durchgelegen, Duschkopf abgebrochen- hier gab es nur die Möglichkeit mit dem blanken Schlauch zu duschen, Bad war zudem nicht gereinigt, Es gab keine Fernbedienung zum TV, der Kühlschrank im Zimmer war verschmutzt, das Frühstück für den Preis sehr dürftig und eines Hotels nicht würdig

Badezimmer voller mit schwarzen Schimmel befallenen Fugen, Fernbedienung kaputt, keine Ansprechspersonen, kein persönlicher Empfang - nur Self Checkin und Checkout. Frühstück sehr bescheiden (als Käse gab es nur Streichkäse, keine Eier, kein Naturjoghurt, keine Möglichkeit für gesundes Frühstück).

pas extraordinaire, le pain était mou et les croissants aussi, il n'y a personne à l'accueil et pour le check in et check out même pas notre langue française, seulement en allemand et anglais.

Wir beschlossen am Vortag spontan, noch eine Nacht im Gebiet zu bleiben, daher war das Angebot ok.

Die Lage und die Aussicht aus dem Fenster. Das Bett ist bequem. Das Restaurant hat uns gefallen, Essen und Service waren gut. Der Ort Weesen ist sehr schön und das Hotel liegt mitten drin am See.

Der Hauptlichtschalter ist mit der einzig freien Steckdose gekoppelt. Das heisst, wenn wir das Licht ausmachten, verstummte der Fernseher und die Handys und E-Bike-Batterien konnten nachts über nicht geladen werden. Zum Glück haben wir es vorher gemerkt und das Licht während des Abendessens brennen lassen und auch noch ziemlich lange am Abend, bis alles geladen war. Auf den Möbel lag Staub, für Asthmatiker schlecht. Im Frühstücksraum nervte ein dauer-Piepsen irgendwelcher Apparate, niemand im Frühstücksraum fand heraus, was es war. Der Duschgelspender in der Dusche war leer.

Wunderschöner Blick auf den Wallensee

Lage, Aussicht, Zimmer einfach mega, kommen gerne wieder.

Die E-mailflut schon vor dem checkin, für den online checkin, was nicht mal notwendig gewesen wäre. Die Duschbrause und Wasserhahn wäre echt simpel zu wechseln... sehr schaade für sonst so tolles Zimmer. Wenn es kein Personal gehabt hätte, hätte ich das Zimmer nicht gefunden..
