All the staff at the hotel were very friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was fresh and delicious- the juice machine with fresh pressed carrot, ginger and apple juice was a highlight! We booked a double room with a balcony which was very clean and spacious. We had dinner at the restaurant in the hotel one night and it was delicious with brilliant service.
The bedding was mostly polyester and the pillows weren’t comfortable- for the price natural fibres such as cotton would be expected. Black out curtains and a bigger wardrobe/drawers would be a nice touch. Additional/ bigger towels would also be appreciated. Main complaint is the poor quality bedding - if this was improved the hotel would have been a 10.

sehr zentrale Lage, 500 m zu meinem Termin;
Frühstück: sehr creative Auswahl - und auch auf Wünsche wurde eingegangen, wie z.B. Eierspeisen etc.
hier gibt es nichts zu beanstanden

Schönes grosses Zimmer im Zentrum von Bad Ragaz. Personal sehr freundlich.
Am Samstag fiel das Frühstück sehr simpel aus für den Preis.

Gutes und umfangreiches Frühstück.
Eierspeisen wurden auf Wunsch frisch gekocht.
Gute Lage mitten in der Stadt
Betten leider nicht so bequem.
Kissen sehr hoch und für uns leider nicht gut.
Badezimmerschiebetüre war nur so reingeschustert und schloss nicht wirklich ab.
