Clean, friendly, great breakfast but could be slightly more comfortable.

All the staff at the hotel were very friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was fresh and delicious- the juice machine with fresh pressed carrot, ginger and apple juice was a highlight! We booked a double room with a balcony which was very clean and spacious. We had dinner at the restaurant in the hotel one night and it was delicious with brilliant service.

The bedding was mostly polyester and the pillows weren’t comfortable- for the price natural fibres such as cotton would be expected. Black out curtains and a bigger wardrobe/drawers would be a nice touch. Additional/ bigger towels would also be appreciated. Main complaint is the poor quality bedding - if this was improved the hotel would have been a 10.

Parking up the street was great. entrance in and out of hotel fine - the key was a bit heavy !

This is a lovely boutique hotel with an exceptional location and lots of character.

The rooms and facilities are very clean and the decor is delightful. The staff were exceptionally attentive and very friendly, making us feel very welcome and well taken care of. The breakfast was great and the lunch and dinner menus are well worth trying. The setting is beautiful, both inside and outside on the shaded dining area.

It was very hot and having a room tan would have been ideal. The bed linen could be of slightly better quality but was spotless and smelled nice.

The trendy clean hotel both in the bedroom and breakfast area. The location was excellent for the Spa. The breakfast was all very fresh and a good variety with great coffee

Excellent breakfast with good variety and excellent quality of products. Superlative espresso coffee. Scrambled eggs fresh and delicious. Staff very, very nice and helpful.

The room lacked a door to the bathroom. I think it is a design choice but intimacy in the bathroom is important. At a certain time the hotel reception closed and you enter from the back with the same room key. It would have been helpful to know this right away. This has not been a problem but I report it as a memo for future customers

Beautiful boutique hotel with comfortable rooms and centrally located. Staff were extremely helpful and hotel was very well set up to accommodate CoVID restrictions. Restaurant served delicious food and overall great stay!

Da fühlt sich jeder Gast einfach gut!

Das Hotel ist sehr zentral gelegen und mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel gut erreichbar. Die Begrüssung war sehr herzlich, das gesamte Person sehr freundlich. Besonders überrascht hat mit das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Das Abendessen war ausgezeichnet, das Frühstück verdient fünf Sterne. Es gab ausgezeichnete Brotauswahl, auserlesener Käse und Frischwaren, sogar Lachs und auf Wunsch Rührei. Das Zimmer war grosszügig und sehr gemütlich eigerichtet. Das Bad super modern und praktisch. Die Betten schön bequem. Es war sehr ruhig und auf dem Balkon konnte ich die schöne Stadt im Abendlicht geniessen. Danke für die schöne Zeit!

Gutes und umfangreiches Frühstück. Eierspeisen wurden auf Wunsch frisch gekocht. Gute Lage mitten in der Stadt

Betten leider nicht so bequem. Kissen sehr hoch und für uns leider nicht gut. Badezimmerschiebetüre war nur so reingeschustert und schloss nicht wirklich ab.
