The employees are in a forest and the rooms are unventilated due to the presence of sharp objects and spiders.

The forest is in nature and close to the village of Heidihof and its house.

The rooms are full of spiders and spider webs. If you are planning to stay here, you cannot cope with the mosquitoes. The bed and pillows are very uncomfortable. The bathroom, pillows and towels are clean. It is not bad. But if you are going to stay in this area, I think you should choose Chur. Also, if you come in the summer, it is hot, you cannot sleep. There is no ventilation system such as air conditioning. Being a wooden building, it becomes hot. You have to open the windows. You cannot cope with the mosquitoes in the room.

Acceptable rooms in a beautiful landscape on the outskirts

While clean, the rooms are somewhat outdated. The staff are friendly and helpful. Breakfast is of good quality and offers a reasonable selection (including fresh eggs that can be boiled to your preference). Perfectly located for visiting „Heididorf“.

The hotel is situated on the outskirts of Maienfeld and is difficult to access by public transport or on foot, although it offers ample car parking. The room is minimally equipped; for example, it does not include a hairdryer. Given the room price, we expected more.

Heidi bed ;)

The view and concept of Heidi is magic and nice, the people there and food.

The bed in room 205... I don't know if you can even call it a bed. I slept on the floor. I was thinking about leaving and driving three hours home. Not only did it make noises when I moved, but I don't know what the mattress was that made it so uncomfortable, and it was really hot, but if you open the window, you'd have mosquitoes. These things don't take much effort to improve. The manager of this place could really spend a few hours proving what I'm talking about.

Good option for short stay near Heidi’s village

Conveniently located next to Heidi village within 5 min walk.this hotel offers cozy and clean rooms with all basic amenities.the staff are exceptionally friendly , and the check in and check out process is swift.the view from the room is stunning, and if your room overlooks the parking area, so not miss the breathtaking sunset.great for quick to and short stay before continuing your trip to next destination.

It is hot during the summer with no aircon or a fan. Mattress are not the most comfortable.but remember you are at Heidi’s village . Do not bring too many luggages as there is no elevator.

It was AMAZING!

We loved the location, and tried to take in the beauty of the majestic Alps! We don’t have mountains like that to enjoy in Pennsylvania (United States of America). The breakfast was delicious, and your staff were all very friendly and accommodating!

High up the hill by Heidi Village is Heididorf a must stay and do!

The staff were fabulous! They went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and pleasant. The room was clean, comfortable and had an amazing view from the shared balcony. A must stay if you are stopping at Heidi Village. The restaurant was delicious too.

That the prior reviews for the restaurant were uncalled for since there is only one waitress, busier and cook and this charming small establishment.

very kind personnel, nice place and very comfortable car park, very good and comfortable restaurant, the view from the terrace is pleasant and relaxing, the hotel is in the middle of the the gorgeus Swiss nature.

Perfect place for a relaxing break

Absolutely lovely. Family and pet friendly. In the most beautiful of positions. My dog loved the 'walkies' possible in all directions literally on the doorstep. Each room and the restaurant offer far-reaching undulated views. I adored the thick, fluffy white towels provided with the room. The hotel was run efficiently by a small, hard-working team of people. As I was there over the Easter period, the restaurant and outdoor terrace was incredibly busy between 11 and 5pm but outside of this time period, my dog and I had the whole outside area to ourselves by an occasional runner, dog walker or cyclist.

I cannot think of anything apart from perhaps the meal-sizes in the restaurant were too large for one woman to eat on her own :-D

It is very close to Heidi's village, beautiful mountain surroundings, incredibly friendly staff that goes beyond the call of duty. Beautiful balcony views

Sehr nettes Personal. Alles war sauber. Der Fußweg zum Heididorf war nur 5 Minuten lang. Ganz tolle Atmosphäre. Kann ich für alle Heidifans empfehlen.

Das Frühstück hätte etwas mehr Auswahl haben können. Wir sind aber alle satt geworden.

Die Zimmer sind extrem laut

Nur das Aussicht

Schlechte Zimmer, sehr schlecht isoliert, sehr laute Zimmer, man hörte extrem laut alles von der Treppenhaus, von die anderen Zimmer. Keine gute Bed, Badezimmer ist sehr schlecht gebaut, klein und unbequem. Der Preis entspricht nicht die Leistung, zu teuer für so eine schlechte Qualität

小太りのほとんど英語が通じない男性のスタッフ以外はとても親切でした。食事は朝ご飯も夕食のレストランのボロネーゼとトマトソースのパスタとトマトのサラダは美味しかったです。バスタブがありました。

小太りのほとんど英語が通じない男性に駅までの送迎サービスを頼んだら、他のスタッフさんが言うには彼が勝手にタクシー会社に頼んだ、彼は愚か者と話していたので、本来はこのホテルでは送迎で10スイスフランなのに、小太りのおじさんは30スイスフランを要求しました。スーツケースを床に広げられない、広くない部屋でした。蚊が入ってきていて沢山刺されました。
