Convenient, clean and decent prices

Location is really convnient by car. A bit far away from the train station but to travel from and to the Hotel, bikes are available for the guests. Great idea.

Nothing really. only minor thing strong cow poo smell outside as near some paddocks. It was cold so the hotel was closed up and couldn’t smell inside

Beautiful rooms at an incredible price

Excellent value. Incredibly beautiful and well thought-out rooms; fantastic bathroom, kitchen, and bed. Even the little things (like powered window blinds, lights, and power outlets, including USB-C) were all perfect. The check-in process was smooth and painless, and the rental bikes were a nice touch. Pro tip: the light above the bed can be dimmed for some nice mood lighting.

Perfect place to stay over in Bad Ragaz

Easy check-in, free parking, and a modern, well-equipped place. Everything in the room was very thoughtful and comfortable — we really enjoyed our stay.

Seemingly all good but NOT for cyclists IMO.

All good - clean, fresh, new.

One thing only - but important. If you travel by bicycle, they ask you to leave your bike on the street (supposedly with camera surveilence but still). Everybody knows that bikes are important for cyclists, yet they do not allow to take your bikes to the room and do not provide a locked storage room. Perhaps I was wrong to ask and should have taken the bike to the room as if it was normal, idk. And please do not respond that this is Switzerland - unfortunately I know several stories about most sophisticated bike locks broken and bikes stolen just here...

Perfect as a hikers rest stop

This place is brand new and the rooms are super smart and clean. The hotel is clearly well looked after by the owners, and the suite rooms had everything I needed to cook (if I wanted to) and plenty of space.

Spotless clean, amazing room with nice views. Very quiet!

The breakfast was completely vegetarian, with butter and mermelade, 2 small packages of cheese and a lot of bread. Maybe good to provide some variaty.

Clean, comfortable, and easy check in n out. We did like everything and the staff is very friendly and helpful. It seems they have a great experience with travelers. For sure if we come cross this area will definitely stay at Cubilaris Motel.

Amazing motel. It has everything you could wish for and more. We booked a double room on the 1st floor and were not disappointed. The room was big, excellent shower, comfortable beds, nice and quiet. The breakfast “box“ is a novel idea.

We stayed my there during summer when temperatures were in the 30’s. Air conditioning would have been a bonus but a fan was provided which helped.

A great do-it-yourself hotel experience

Clean and accommodating. The suite was great and had everything we needed. Our room was lovely and spacious. The view was of a green hedge, which was nice. I didn’t realize when I booked the motel that everything was do-it-yourself. Check-in machine in front of the door to get your key and key drop-off to check out. Everything went smoothly, but this could be an issue if any challenges arise that need to be dealt with by a real person.

Just be aware of what the breakfast entails when adding breakfast to your room. A breakfast of breads, butter, and cheese was delivered in a basket left in front of the hotel room door (which was great for me, but not for my gluten-intolerant partner).

Highly recommended

I had an absolutely wonderful experience at this property. From the moment I arrived, self checkin was so easy. The room was spotless, beautifully decorated, and very comfortable with all the amenities I needed. The location was perfect, close to key attractions but still peaceful and relaxing. The service throughout my stay was truly top notch. I couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay and will definitely be returning. Highly recommended! A special thanks to Thomas for letting us feel like home .

Lovely modern apartment, located a little out of town but easily walkable.

Very nicely appointed modern apartment. Good small kitchen and comfy bed. Good location, short walk from nearest shop and bikes to hire to cycle to town.

Room was hot and air conditioning did not seem to do anything, so open window was quite noisy with traffic from around 6am.

Excellent concept for a very fair price.

Excellent concept for a very fair price including parking with one electric charging station. You check in yourself, which is not complicated and takes about 3 minutes, and receive your room key from the machine.

Shorten the check in process by being able to do it online beforehand (like with the airlines) and then only have to scan a QR code when you arrive.

fabulous motel but sad about the noise

a fantastic concept, all the amenities you could ask for an overnight stay, wonderfully laid out & in a great location for overnight stay.

definitely not sound proof between rooms, sadly you can hear every movement and noise from the other guest rooms around you.
