Comfortable space. Friendly staff. Great food options.

Lovely little attic space with two bedrooms. Comfortably furnished with balcony. Great food options for our family downstairs. Breakfast was provided for us at it was lovely.

Friendly, comfortable and delicious (view and food!)

The bed was incredibly comfortable! The curtains were heavy enough to block sound and all of the light the middle of summer when you go to bed before the sun. Incredible view and really lovely and friendly staff! Breakfast was simply delicious! The children's play area outside, while a little ragged, was incredibly fun and had lots of things to play with!

As a solo parent traveller, I found the cost a little expensive, when adding in dinner and breakfast, but I do appreciate it's in a reasonably expensive area and don't have anything to compare it to. Even with the price being a bit high for me, I would still come back!

ideal base for walkers on the northern half of the Liechtenstein Weg

The breakfast was excellent and set us up well for each day's walk. Our room was enormous and we really appreciated having a smaller room off it so we could have a room each. We loved being able to eat supper out on the terrace with its fantastic mountain view and the community playing fields opposite. The bus stop is very close so this is a good base for the Liechtenstein Weg.

The only thing which surprised us was the shower which was squeezed into a corner of the bathroom with a very low ceiling. It was fine for us as we're rather small but for anyone taller, it wouldn't have been comfortable. We were sorry not to eat dinner in the restaurant, but it was, for our British pockets, too expensive, with even a jug of water costing the standard Liechtenstein price of CHF3. The other thing which is rather a shock for us Brits is that cigarette smoke tends to pervade eateries and we find it a bit off-putting these days, so unused are we to smoking being allowed anywhere near a restaurant. However, these 2 matters are cultural differences and not complaints about this Gasthof! Indirectly, we were rather concerned about the welfare of the horses just next to the Gasthof - the only animals we saw all week in utopian Liechtenstein who didn't look happy and relaxed.

Een heerlijk toekomen na een lange wandeling.

Als soloreiziger op wandel werd ik heel goed ontvangen en ik had een upgrade van 1 persoons naar tweepersoonsbed. Het eten ‘s avonds was heel lekker en de eigenaars kwamen spontaan een babbel doen en ze vertelden wat over de streek.

Top Empfehlung - ein Geheimtipp

Wunderschöner idyllischer Landgasthof mit sehr herzlichen Wirtsleuten. Ich bin schon zeitig angereist und konnte problemlos mein Zimmer beziehen. Mein Zimmer war gut eingerichtet, das Bad etwas alt, aber für einen Landgasthof völlig ausreichend. Das Abendessen im hoteleigenen Restaurant war hervorragend. Herrlich ruhige Nacht, da das Zimmer nach hinten rausging. Zum Frühstück war ich der einzige Gast und wurde fürstlich verwöhnt. Die Wirtsleute haben sich dazugesetzt und mit mir unterhalten. Für mich als Alleinreisende eine willkommene Geste. Ich habe mich rundum sehr wohl gefühlt und komme gern wieder.
