The rooms were quite nice and clean with good beds

The hotel itself was actually quite nice for one sleepover, so standalone we would rate it quite high. But the whole experience was impacted by the messy online check-in (we only received the check in link a few hours before while driving up there, so we had to do the online checkin and payments on the street in front of the hotel in the dark and rain). Next to that specific for us the communication on parking was too limited. We drove an SUV with skibox and it turned out the parking spots are restricted and all too low. So we had to remove the box and put it in the hallway. If we would have known this we would have picked another town.

Cute, modern, comfortable in the Altstadt

Everything went smoothly. I arrived very late - after 23h - and found the digital system easy to use. Quickly found everything. My 3rd floor room was cute and modern. Comfy bed; fluffy bedding and pillow. Slept very well. No noise.

Small pretty hotel in the middle of Feldkirch, very practical, comfortable and clean. I was a bit worried about the "digital check in" without staff but I should say it worked perfectly and with minimum effort

The hotel sends a lot of emails and sms, which gives a good sense of communication, but all of them are in German, which makes it confusing for non german speakers. I was getting all this info and not clue what it said and was worried I was missing something important. I would suggest you minimize a bit the amount of emails and sms, and definitely do an English version

A lovely peaceful stay in a gorgeous hotel.

Hotel staff and management were welcoming and very helpful. The room was spotless, lovely quality bed linen and towels. Bathroom amenities were excellent. The dining room in the basement was a lovely space and we were able to self-cater breakfast.

Amazing stylish hotel

I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The room was beautifully designed with a modern, stylish touch that made it feel fresh and comfortable. I loved the convenience of the digital check-in — quick and hassle-free. The location couldn’t be better: right in the heart of the old city, so you can walk everywhere and soak in the atmosphere. The staff were fantastic, always responding promptly to my messages and making sure I had everything I needed. There are plenty of charming cafés nearby, perfect for enjoying a delicious breakfast each morning. Highly recommended!

Hotel was beautiful, modern, and clean. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Coffee was great!! Loved our stay! Oh and opening the doors with the phone is so high tech and cool!!

The location is perfect—right in the center, close to everything. The room was clean, modern, stylish and quiet, with a very comfortable bed. Digital check-in was easy and the on - line support was friendly and responsive. A great place to stay—I'd definitely come back!

Bad sleep, no privacy, but slick design

Location is fab, and everything is super clean and modern and works seamlessly!

If you aren’t travelling alone and care about your privacy, having the shower next to the bed along with a toilet with transparent glass walls isn’t the best. We also slept really poorly as the bed was rock hard and very uncomfortable. It was €2 for a bad, watery coffee. All in all not a terrible stay, but I certainly wouldn’t stay again for the price to sleep badly and feel like I was in a prison cell with my toilet next to my bed.

Self check-in is a bit cumbersome with the app, took me 15-20 minutes and I am used to do that. Not great when your daughter is very tired. There is absolutely no staff in the night to help with anything, only a call center that is not even in the city. My charger cable was broken and I needed to replace it. There wasn't any available in this hotel in their emergency stuff drawer (but there were tons of extra slippers for some reason...) So the agent on the phone was unable to help at all, even when I suggested her to try to call a taxi service or another hotel in the city to get a cable. Eventually the first taxi driver I called brought me a cable in 15 minutes for 20 EUR. But you expect such emergency service to be done by a hotel with a 24-hour reception (even if remote only). This is not an apartment. Hence, my stay was not 10 star, which normally would have been..

Sollten wir wieder einmal in Feldkirch sein, dann gerne wieder in der Blauen Rose.

Das Hotel liegt zentral, es ist sehr vieles zu Fuss sehr gut erreichbar. Wir haben den Parkplatz der Schattenburg benutzt, mega günstig und zu Fuss ist man in knapp 4min im Hotel. Zimmer sind sauber, schön und komfortabel, perfekt, wenn man wirklich nur zum Schlafen da ist. Online Check-in und Check-out geht einfach, sowie auch das Türe öffnen per Smartphone.

Was noch super wäre, wenn man die Temperatur im Zimmer selber anpassen könnte. Für uns war es viel zu warm zum schlafen. Ansonsten gibt es nichts zu bemängeln!

Te warm in de kamer en geen frisse lucht toevoer Daarom moet je een raam openzetten en het is onrustig in de nacht op straat met langslopende mensen. Slecht geslapen daardoor. Oordopjes helpen niet. Jammer van het overigens prachtige huis en mooie kamers op een centrum locatie

Tolles Hotel. Alles sehr gut organisiert. Tolle Ambiente und angenehme Atmosphäre. Die Lage mitten in der Stadt ist fantastisch. Kurze Wege und trotzdem alles ruhig. Auch trotz Weihnachtsmarkt.

Die Einrichtung ist super. Bequem aber auch modern. Praktisch aber auch mit viel Stil. Tolle Kunst an der Wand.

Jednolůžkové pokoje by měly být větší, pokoj v podkroví je tak malinký, že není kam šlápnout, je to postel mezi stěnami, navíc se střecha velmi rychle snižuje a nelze se ani na posteli obrátit. Tato informace při výběru pokojů chyběla, vybrali bychom větší pokoj!

Schönes Zimmer an super Lage mit sehr freundlichem Personal

Sehr netter Empfang obwohl wir nur mit dem Digital-Eintritt gerechnet haben. Schönes Haus, das Zimmer ist geschmackvoll und praktisch eingerichtet, die Lage optimal. Parkhäuser hat es in unmittelbarer Nähe.

Der Checkin am Telefon oder auf dem Tablet im Eingangsbereich hat nicht geklappt. Es war aber unmittelbar eine Person zur Verfügung, die uns geholfen hat. Also kein Problem.

Modernes Hotel in zentraler Lage in Feldkirch, aber

Zentrale Lage, moderne Zimmer, gute Ausstattung mit kostenlosem Kaffee vor Ort.

Laute Party nachts in der Nachbarschaft. Keine besetzte Rezeption. Die (freundliche) Frau die uns empfangen hat, konnte kein Deutsch (Kommunikation nur auf Englisch möglich und das in Österreich). Hunderte Emails und Messages zum Check.In, zum Zugang, zum Eingang, zur Rechnung, zu allem möglichen.... kann kein Mensch alles lesen. Viel weniger wäre hilfreicher gewesen! Konzert sollte überarbeitet werden. Für das Gebotene für meinen Geschmack zu teuer.

Charmantes Gebäude mit kleinen Zimmern und nach Abschluss der Bauarbeiten in der Umgebung OK.

Originell renoviertes und umgebautes historisches Gebäude in der Altstadt, mit viel Charme. Wir hatten ein Dachzimmer und fanden die Einrichtung toll!

Extrem kleines Zimmer, wo es praktisch unmöglich ist, zwei Koffern auf den Boden zu stellen und auszupacken. Das nächste Parkhaus ist ca. 8 Gehminuten vom Hotel, zudem mussten wir mit dem Gepäck unter strömendem Regen über aufgerissene Gassen gehen, weil der grösste Teil eine Baustelle ist. Das merkte man auch am nächsten Morgen, als um 07h30 der Baulärm losging. Vor dem Haus gab es Personen, die offensichtlich angeheitert bis früh in den Morgen hinein lautstark diskutierten und schallend lachten. Es war nicht möglich, mit offenen Fenstern zu schlafen. Bei geschlossenen Fenstern hört man nur den Baulärm am Morgen.

Schön renoviertes Gebäude mitten in der Altstadt

Das Gebäude wurde sehr schön renoviert und liegt mitten in der verkehrsberuhigten Altstadt. Auch die Zimmer sind sehr schön (obwohl der "Metallic-Look" in unserem Zimmer ein bisschen zu viel war, aber das ist Geschmackssache) und im Keller gibt es eine gut ausgestatte Küche mit Essbereich. Zum Bahnhof geht man nur 10 Minuten.

Das es vor Ort kein Personal gibt (abgesehen von einer netten, aber nicht deutsch sprechenden Putzfrau, die manchmal anwesend ist) und Check-in und Check-out sowie das Öffnen der Türen vollelektronisch über eine Website am Smartphone funktionieren ist schön und gut (wenn auch für ältere oder nicht technik-affine Personen vielleicht etwas schwierig), aber dass man nicht mal telefonisch jemanden vom Hotel erreichen kann, ist dann schon etwas schwach. Und die Bewertung der Gäste, die der Gastgeber vermutlich nie zu Gesicht bekommen hat, finde ich etwas befremdlich...
