Nice coveniant place and warm friendly staff

The room was clean and tidy and nicely appointed. The room had a bath which was nice. The breakfast was great and wide choice.

Although the place was great and we would stay again the only down side was the bed we had was starting to collapse in the mattress centre so yu felt the dip. So our sleep was not the best.

Nice, quiet hotel right in Bad Ragaz and an easy little stroll to the hot springs.

Sunday night was a bit challenging to find a nice restaurant but we succeeded!

My room was heated to 25 degrees it was uncomfortable. Even when it was 11 degrees outside and I would open the windows to cool the room down it heated right bac up to 25 degrees.

good hotel, but we were confused by the staff

good hotel, well maintained

staff was not well informed about the tamina therme - didn't know to tell us that kids under 3yo are forbidden to enter - told us we get a huge discount as hotel guests but 1. didn't tell us we need to pay at the hotel before leaving to the thermal pools; 2. the discount was very negligible (in the weekend) and not as they said. in the end - we traveled with a 2yo kid and one of us had to wait outside with the baby. We drove back to the hotel to buy the discounted tickets, but it wasn't worth jt as I explained

the bedside lamps are too bright and not energy efficient. they are too bright by the bedside and they also generate too heat. led light bulb could be a good consideration. need some kind of holder to assist getting off the bathtub especially the tub surface is slipper.

Amazing luxury hotel, kids friendly!

I am absolutely amazing by this Hotel management! The hotel is elegant and luxurious, beautiful modern decorated room with jacuzzi in each room .We had a kid 1,5 years and they prepared toys in our room that were appropriate for his age, Food from the morning buffet was excellent, great variety “ you name it they had it” , Waiters from Restaurant/ Buffet were very attentive and quick!Also reception was very friendly and helpful ( we had a particular request and they did above and beyond to fulfill our request) They are close to Thermal Tamina( 4 min walk) and close to all restaurants! I would like to thank Sorell Hotel to make our stay so cozy ! Highly recommend this place!

Big room. Value for money. It was possible to buy entry tickets for the thermal bath at the hotel, hence avoiding a big queue at the bath.

Not according to the expectations

Clean room, nespresso machine and good breakfast.

The room was too warm to sleep and the thermostat did not work at all. I booked a double bed, but it was two beds put together with a hole in between. Very uncomfortable to sleep in as a couple. The mattress was very soft. And the most annoying thing was the sliding bathroom door that does not close properly and it seems like you’re using the toilet without a door.

Our room was spacious, nicely decorated, perfectly clean. Beautiful comfortable bed and bedlinen. Coffee machine in the room. Just few minutes walk to baths, with all restaurants few steps away. Was a perfect weekend trip!

Couldn't have dinner there because of an event, but wasn't informed upfront. Shame the hotel couldn't organise more personnel to ensure hotel guests could also have dinner there (which was one of the reasons why we came here). For lunch, the soup on the lunch menu had cream, which I can't eat. So I asked to exchange against another soup from the regular menu. I received a very curt "no". I worked as a waitress before and my reflex would have been to ask the kitchen whether this was possible... Didn't get the regular spa bag with the towels. We have come to the hotel before and always got the bag with the towels to go to the Thermes. Here we were told we couldn't get the bag because we didn't book a "package". It was never an issue before. So we had to pay for a towel at the Thermes... and when we checked in our room, the spa bag with the towels was there. Maybe this happened because the person at the reception was not properly informed, and it was her 1st day... No bubble bath bottle available in the room - but we came prepared and had our own as the same thing happened last time.
