This property was in an excellent location and perfect for a relaxing holiday. It’s a family owned business with a small staff; everyone was welcoming and friendly. We stayed in the Suite Terza which was beautiful and had a great view of the mountain. The restaurant had a small menu, but the food was good with a variety of wines. It was nice to have the restaurant after a long day on the slopes. Breakfast was available with few selections; for our family it was perfect.

Greeted in a very kind and friendly manner, everything in the hotel was clean. Room very nice, good size and with a great view of the mountains through the large rooms window. Evening meal was delicious. Everything was just pleasant and enjoyable.

really cozy and beautiful hotel at a hill side. sorrounded by mountains in a small village. is was quiet and peaceful. the staff was so nice and friendly. parking available for free. the room was spacious with a balcony. the food at the restaurant was great

Perfect for a weekend skiing at Flumserberg

Beautiful hotel , very clean and well maintained. Very close to the Flumserberg ski lift . Breakfast buffet was really good and the restaurant food was amazing

The hotel is located a short walk away from the ski lift, so it's very convenient to go skiing in Flumserberg. The views are great, the village is very picturesque. The hotel staff is very nice. Breakfast is delicious, and we also had dinner at the restaurant and loved it.

If you are planning to use public transport and arrive after 8pm, make sure to check your options. We headed out by train from Zurich shortly after 7pm, and it turned out we missed the last public transport connection (bus) to Oberterzen by 10 minutes. According to Google Maps, there was no public transport at all, and the walk from Unterterzen to Oberterzen was 40 minutes with 250m ascent (and apparently the road is not lit up). The hotel reception is officially open only until 9pm, so we weren't sure we would even be able to check-in if we went on foot. We didn't want to hike up in the dark with our skis, so we decided to book a taxi (there is no Uber). Luckily Walensee Taxi was great, the driver was waiting for us at Unterterzen station when our train arrived, there was also an ATM machine so we could get cash to pay for the taxi.

Definitely I had an enjoyable stay in the hotel.

The location of the hotel is approximately 250 m from the cable car's middle station at Oberterzen, an easy and refreshing walk. My ski gear I kept in the Intersport's ski depo near the upper station at Tannenboden, a convenient solution. I have upgraded my stay at the hotel to half pension. The dinner is a four course meal including: soup, salad, main dish and a dessert. You can select also a vegetarian meal from the daily menu. From my experience, the meals were the best comparing to other restaurants in the radius of 15 km. The view of the mountain tips from the room's window was gorgeous.

In my opinion, the bed mattress was too soft.

very friendly staff, I felt well-taken care of, very nice outside terrace, decent breakfast

rooms not well insulated (you hear every neighbor and people walking in the hallway), worn down cheap furniture, not well-cleaned room (dead flies kept piling up on the floor)

Super Unterkunft! Wir kommen wieder.

Die Lage ist ausgezeichnet, der Skilift in unter 5 Minuten erreichbar. Besonders positiv war zum einen die Feuerschale abends, an der man Punsch genießen und sogar Marshmellows rösten konnte. Zum anderen das Raclette Special im Restaurant. Das Frühstück war ausgezeichnet und ließ keine Wünsche offen. Gemütliche, moderne und saubere Zimmer.

Excelente hotel, muito bem localizado.

Excelente localização! Tem uma estação de teleférico mesmo ao lado do hotel. Para quem vem de comboio, pode apanhar o teleférico da estação de comboio até à estação do hotel. Atenção que o último teleférico parte às 5:50 da tarde e quase não há Ubers. Excelente staff, super limpo e profissional.

Os colchões são muito moles e era necessário haver mais almofadas. (Almofadas muito pequenas).
