Modern, newly built hotel, comfortable room and very good breakfast

At arrival, the reception told us there is no room booked for us. She couldn’t find any Booking.com confirmation number in her system.

Nice hotel, with a not so great location

Facilities were good, rooms were clean, restaurant and kitchen staff very helpful and friendly.

Location was not great, restaurant was good but very expensive. Gym equipment was incorrectly assembled making it hard to use. No reception to answer any questions that might have been.

Modern, clean, good value for money

Checking in with a robot isn’t nice for me but it convenient. Noise insulation not very good for a modern building. Unfortunately there was a wedding while i was staying there and it was noisy. BUT the hotel contacted me in advance and proposed alternatives and i had another room.

Rooms are extremely clean and good breakfast. Very kind staff. The bathroom and shower is a big positive.

The rooms while are very well built but there's one major flaw which is ventilation or AC. The rooms are quite suffocating at times and there's no way to control this except opening the window

Nice new build, and clean property.

The hotels restaurant had been hired out for a wedding party. There was loud music playing until 1am. As my room was right on top it was disturbing my sleep. I had to go down twice for the music to be shut off or at least lowered.

It was a fantastic breakfast! Rooms are very nice!

We made a reservation via booking.com and it was confirmed however they staff did not recived it or so they claimed. I have been out with this before because we make many hotel nights via booking. They preferred we pay in cash and he would cancel the booking.com confirmation when it arrived.... We did only get a receipt for the card payment nothing other.. and it was in the restaurant. As a tax officer I prefer when people and companies pay their taxes. If it was not for booking.com we would not have arrived to the hotel at all. Avoid to stay here during any wedding event because their is a super huge event room at first floor for weddings and events! Also there are zero to non parking places and the staff speaks very little English. Hotel is run by Adidas maffia haha sorry but true.

sleep in your car than in the hotel

everything … we came in and there was a wedding. the problem was that it was so loud that there was not a difference if all doors and windows are closed. or if your room is in the last floor etc. it felt like the music is just in your room. than there were some kids that were banging doors and screaming at 1am. what are kids doing so late in general in the hotel. we talked to the receptionist and he kept saying we have a wedding and these are just kids we can’t do anything. worse thing ever, to visit Switzerland and close to Walensee and with such a bad device. than we had a breakfast on the morning… the worse and poor taste of breakfast as well. there weren’t even tomatoes or cucumber … just some cheese and a fake fresh orange juice that was burning my throat because of the konzentrat… coffee- please drink in your room. in the breakfast was just like a Benzin. staff- they don’t greet you and neither look at you at your face. I asked for an espresso and they forgot to bring it. in the room were just 4 tables .. bed - I felt like I was in China sleeping in a sand mattress. my neck and back hurts still. it was like a Beton Mattress… couldn’t sleep well at all

Newly build, clean and modern hotel

We first found this hotel on booking.com and decided to spend 1 night as part of our Switzerland road trip holiday, but we wished we had booked more nights as we simply loved the hotel. The building is newly build so everything looks new, clean, modern and luxurious! There is also a self check-in device in the lobby area which was nice as we arrived late in the evening and could easily get our room cards. The moment we stepped foot in the room we were wowed by the design and cleanliness. The room has its own kitchen, luxurious bathroom, own balcony with a view, and comfortable king size bed. We were also surprised to find out the hotel offered EV charging which was a big bonus for us as we are driving an electric car. (The EV charger is located in the underground parking garage. If there is no one in the lobby, you can ask the restaurant staff for a charging card in order to activate the EV charger). For dinner, we went to the hotel restaurant, which was also very modern, elegant with kind and helpful staff. The food was delicious with prices being a bit on the pricier side (yet nothing out of the ordinary for Switzerland pricing levels). The breakfast was also fresh and delicious. Good selections. Good coffee. We really enjoyed it. When we plan to visit Switzerland again, we are definitely going to return and stay here. We absolutely recommend it!

The hotel is located right across the train tracks, which is not a problem if the doors are closed (it's not that often the train passes by, especially at night, but it's rather loud when it does pass by). There is no AC/Ventilation in the room, so you have to open the doors if (as in our case) it's hotter outside. So here is where the train noise might be disturbing or air gets hotter and stuffier when door is not open. For us the positive traits outweighs the negatives so we still recommend it.

Modern clean and very comfortable hotel with great breakfast! Great value for money.

The breakfast was great! The room was very clean, modern, and spacious. It was equipped with a kitchenette, the bathroom had a large walk-in shower, and we even had a balcony with a nice view of the neighboring mountains. And the staff was very friendly!

The location is not the most convenient, it's in an industrial neighborhood, the train station is a 15min walk away, and the nearest bus stop is not served very frequently. That said, if you don't mind the walk, it's a great spot to explore canton Glarus and its mountains.

Grosszügig, Kaffeemaschine und Teezubehör. Schnelles Self-Check in. Leckeres Frühstück. Zimmer modern und sauber. Ruhig trotz nähe Zuglinie. Sehr schöne Aussicht.

Betten zu hart. Aber wohl Geschmacksache. Das Zimmer war zu warm. Notfallbeleuchtung nicht aktiv. (hoffen wir es nicht, aber wenn was passiert, sollte diese funktionieren!)

Nahe bei der Lintharena, wo ich an einer Tagung teilnahm. Das self-check-in klappt stets wunderbar. Das Hotel ist grosszügig, die meisten Zimmer verfügen über eine kleine Küche und einen Balkon. Zi122 leider nicht. Es gibt auch ein Restaurant im Haus, in Gehdistanz sind sonst keine Verpflegungsmöglichkeiten. Die Parkplätze sind in der Tiefgarage und meist ausreichend vorhanden.

Der Fernseher was miserabel, es gingen nur zwei Sender und selbst die funktionierten nur teilweise. Für meinen Geschmack war das Bett etwas hart.

Als Randnotiz: Ich möchte nicht dort übernachten, wenn die multi-kulturellen Events (Hochzeitsanlässe) stattfinden, bei uns war es jedoch ruhig aufgrund der Ferienzeit haben keine solchen Events stattgefunden
