Perfect ski holidays to enjoy the mountain
the hotel is perfectly located in the middle of the mountain on the slopes. you just need to go out, put your ski and enjoy. The hotel is not new but the quality of the beds are excellent. it is very clean and you can put your ski material in a room where they even heat the shoes. Breakfast is very good and food offertes during the day and night very good.

The breakfast and meals where very good and complete, the bed clean and confortable. Room with a beautiful view
The person who received us in reception (I guess the manager) was not friendly, the rest of the personal gave us good service. The room was clean but the badroom had bad odor and there were black spots down the walls in the shower the towels had a bad smell, they did not had a clean fresh smell. They charged us F20 extra for the view when normally the room has a fixed price when you make your reservation with booking.com

A traditional peaceful place with amazing views!
The continental breakfast was good. Room was very tidy with amazing view! The staff was very friendly and helpful, although everybody didn't speak English. The ski in, ski out - location was perfect for good and excellent skiers. Everything; the location, facilities, food etc. was authentic Swiss style, not something made up for tourists. Very peaceful place.
Menu would be nice to have also in English, although we got help with translation. The location surrounded by "red" ski slopes is demanding for not so confident skiers. The short "blue" slope next to the hotel is very easy (and boring), but the "red" one needed to ski to get to the other lifts and mountains was a difficult "red"; steep and narrow. The options for not so good skiers are to try it and hope for the best, take a lift down to the village and take a local bus to Unterwasser or stay in the village.
