Avoid full of scam

Very bad receptionist checked me in didn’t say anything and on the check out she was trying to fraud me for money when I already paid booking.com to include taxes. Hotel itself very steep stairs not child friendly at all!!!

Really nice place for everybody

The hotel is in a lovely area. The staff is really kind and helpful. The breakfast was nice. The room was great, the size was comfortable and had a special part for kids. The daily menu for the dinner in the restaurant is really convenient and for a good price.

The matrac in the bed was too soft. Not everybody speaks English, but they all trying their best for the good communication.

Bad experience

The hotel rang is in the morning we were staying to inform us that the hotel was full but we could stay at their other hotel, which was more like a hostel. No very good 🙁

Nice hotel with great panorama (terrace) view of Walensee.

Lovely panorama view and nice location close to the Walensee. Breakfast buffet was fantastic with a wonderful panorama terrace!

Oddly, housekeeping did come into our room and changed towels, replaced water, but didn’t make our bed (?). Not the end of the world, but we found this rather strange. Perhaps a mistake!

I do like the location, terrace, breakfast, vibes, best budget accommodation in that area, very clean, comfortable bed, welcoming staff

The room that has lake view is very small and barely suits two guests, also lower floor lake view rooms are obstructed by the numoruos trees which make lake limitation...

Amazing views

The views from our room, outdoor bar/dinning area breathtaking. Rooms are basic, but very clean, bed standard double and very comfortable. Bathroom had everything you needed for your stay and the shower was probably the best we've ever had.

Room was small, the bed was close to the wall making it very difficult to walk down one side. Staff were very helpful, however we did order a late lunchtime snack but not told it was the kitchen staff's break time and we would have to wait over an hour for food to arrive.

Fantastic place

Incredible place, fantastic view of mountains and lake. Great hotel with helpful stuff. Very tasty food, free parking. The stay was comfortable for family with 2 child.

A great stop off hotel with amazing views.

It was a great hotel and did exactly what it had advertised...the rooms were small, but the sizing is clearly mentioned when booking. The views were to die for and the staff were extremely polite, efficient and helpful. The restaurant was great as was breakfast.

Only stayed one night as we travelled from France to Dolomites, so can't really comment.

Nice view and acceptable room.

Bed was too small. Restaurant was below average, we had buffet, when we arrived buffet was already empty and very few refill. Food was also very expensive and absolutely not in line what we have received.

Very nice hotel in a wonderful location and with an excellent breakfast. Less than half an hour from the ski resort, Flumserberg.

We were missing a kind of lounge where you could sit in comfortable chairs and enjoy a drink with a marvelous view to the lake and the mountains.

The place is really beautiful and has a nice view of the mountains and the lake.. The stuff, especially at the reception they were very friendly. The room was big and clean. Good breakfast. I will definitely be back again

Wonderful Stay, worth the drive

We had an amazing view to the lake and room is nice. Breakfast is okay offers different alternatives but nothing out of the standards. Staff were super nice!

We had dinner at the hotel and food wasn't extraordinary, this could be improved. Frontdesk closes at 11 pm ( Which I imagine is because there is not much to do outdoors at that time)

Amazing location. The view in the valley is directly visible from the big balcony where breakfast is served. Great breakfast and friendly staff.
