I like the facilities available from pool, wellness suite to volleyball courts and boulderwall. Rooms are clean and have air con for hot days !! Shower has good pressure. Staff are excellent, super nice and helpful

There is nothing to fault

The parking was very convenient, secure and big. Facilities like sauna were well great and convenient. The complex seemed very new and clean.

The window was facing yard where people walked by in the morning.

s this is my first time visiting Switzerland, I wanted to share some impressions from my stay. Coming directly from Italy, where social interaction is very warm and open, I found the atmosphere here to be quite different—perhaps a bit more reserved or formal. At times, the service felt a little cold, and it seemed like there was an unspoken expectation for guests to already know certain local rules or 'how things work' without much explanation. While I understand that every culture has its own pace, a more proactive and friendly approach from the staff would have made me feel more welcome. It's a beautiful country, but as a first-time visitor, a bit of extra warmth goes a long way in making someone feel at home.
