Freundliches Personal, die grossen Zimmer sind sehr sauber und es hat ein gutes Restaurant, schweizerische Küche. Frühstück war ok, leider aber nur trockenes Aufback-Brot. Käseauswahl und Kaffee sehr gut.

My request for a late night check-in was accepted without issue. While there was a slight delay with the entrance code, the support team provided a fast response over the phone and even offered a room upgrade as compensation, which was a lovely touch. It was also great to have tea and coffee available for guests throughout the night.
For future guests, I'd suggest posting contact details near the door lock to make reaching support even easier in similar situations. Also, the breakfast could be enhanced with a wider variety of vegetables and pastries.

Die Einrichtung war gut und das Essen auch!
Zum einen die Checkout Zeiten, aber auch die Essenszeiten! Außerdem waren die Fenster nicht richtig dicht, und ich hab von draußen alles gehört! Zudem fand ich die Betten sehr unbequem! Außerdem war das Besteck im Restaurant ziemlich klein, ich hatte das Gefühl, ich würde mit Kinderbesteck essen!
