Perfectly acceptable for a one night stay but helpdesk should not provide incorrect information

Good location, breakfast and room was comfortable and clean

Check-in: despite calling twice beforehand the details of our 14 year were not in the system. Noise: people had a problem with their room at 2am and I think the whole hotel heard about it

Good price to quality ratio

Great location and price to quality ratio. The automatic check in/check out was very easy and useful. The room was spacious and the sound isolation of the windows was very good - even though the room was facing the street I didn’t hear any noises.

The room was clean and spacious. Location is very central.

Noise! It was literally impossible to sleep. There is no sound isolation in the building. Above the room I stayed in, there is a residential property, and someone there was walking around and making noise all the night. I had to knock at the sealing several times during the night, because there was no other way to communicate thus issue. Poor breakfast, no eggs, old bread.

All very good. Difficult to find a parking as I arrived in the night, no hotel parking. I liked the automatic check in that went without problems as I arrived 1am in the night. 24h Telephone service if any problems felt very reassuring if there would be any issue since there are no persons there in the night when I arrived. Breakfast really excellent. Shampoo and hairdryer in the bathroom as well as several towels. Absolutely clean and nice, a little treat on the pillow and a bottle of water on the desk. You felt ''taken care of'' even if no-one was there in person. Would be happy to go back there again.

Just the Parking difficulty. Maybe a hint or little note onat the entrance where you can park nearby.

very basic, which is fine but the rooms are very poorly insulated, especially the doors so lots of comings and goings through the night was quite disturbing. breakfast was fine but the staff member was very disengaged and not at all friendly

Check in. We arrived at approximately 9pm and there was no way to enter the property at this time. Only through seeing a woman working in an office underneath could we enter after asking her.

Door needs adjusting as it sticks, because of this it bangs loudly when closing. The door from foyer area to room also bangs when closing.

Petit déjeuner simple, mais correspondant à nos besoins. Propreté et emplacement super.

Pas de version française au check in. Absence de personnel au petit déjeuner 2 matins sur 3. Du coup, nous ne pouvions pas signaler l'absence de certains produits ou d'ustensiles. Et l'atmosphère est ainsi peu conviviale.
