Good potential, but poor comfort and management

Good location to use as starting point to explore the region. The room was very big. The free parking space is also very convenient. Breakfast is OK, in line with basic swiss breakfast.

We could clearly hear noise from the neighbouring rooms. There was particularly loud noise from the room next to ours from late evening until well into the night. Our room was located directly above the reception area, yet no staff intervened. At around 2am we tried to report the disturbance (both in person and by phone), but the reception was closed, despite the information stating that it operates 24 hours a day. The pillows were uncomfortable, and the room lacked basic amenities (considering the price) such as bottled water, a kettle and a fridge. The breakfast was very basic and the food did not seem particularly fresh.

A secluded hotel with beautiful mountain views. Good breakfast and convenient free parking right at the hotel.

We stayed as friends in a twin room, and the bathroom design was very awkward. The shower cubicle is semi-transparent and faces directly onto the beds. It offers zero privacy, which is uncomfortable when you are not a couple and don't want to watch your roommate showering.

it wasn’t as “Heidi” as we thought it would be, but that wasn’t bad, just not what we had imagined it would be based on the name. it is a walkable distance to the Heidi village so it turned out just fine.

It was easy to find and convenient to go to Heidi-related places from the hotel. Staff was friendly and helpful. I liked the arts and decorations in the hotel and the mountain views. The whole hotel was clean. The breakfast was great.

There was no tissue paper. It appeared to me that there was no shampoo or conditioner. Later a staff member told me the soap is for body and hair. It was hard to pump it out and use it for hair. I couldn't tell what time the bar opens and closes. The bath tub had only a small piece of glass and the water splashed easily on the bathroom floor.

Breakfast was very good quality and variety. Staff was exceptional friendly and supportive at the breakfast, the bistro and also at the reception.
