Clean, modern rooms, check-in is easy enough. There is no reception desk. Parking available for free.
No air conditioning (forbidden in FL?). Rooms are small. No special requests (we wanted a baby crib, was declined). Mix-up with our breakfast included or not (were told no, then „ah yes“ when I pointed it out on the paper she was holding - on purpose? Felt off). It was very hot in the room, fan speed at lowest is still way too fast and windy. The hotel is right at a busy road, car noise throughout the night.

Everything perfect - this small hotel looks very cozy- hallway, room- everything very clean. View from balcony amazing.

Easy walk around town and to Switzerland.
The rooms on the street side are noisy day and night because of road traffic which makes it impossible to leave the window open.
