Beutiful hotel with amazing breakfast

I booked for 3 people, but the bed was only made for two: my daughter had to sleep on an improvised bed I made out of the sofa. I would expect at least one more set of bedsheets and an extra pillow for her..

First Class Stay.

A lovely experience from start to finish. The rooms were very comfortable, breakfast and the restaurant food was very good. Staff and Service was first class. Excellent central location.

Nice, central stay with decent amenities.

The hotel was very central. You literally stepped into the very centre of Vaduz. It also had one of the very best restaurants in town. The hotel was clean and quiet. Very helpful staff. Convenient, safe parking underneath the hotel.

There was nothing we didn't like specifically. The hotel was expensive for what was offered, but then again, Liechtenstein is expensive!

The Breakfast was great. The location was within walking distance of what we came to see and do

No air-conditioning the room got a little stuffy so we opened the window but then you could hear all of the outside noises

Kristina at front office & also as restaurant manager. My Initial checking with someone else, not Kristina was bad. I got a room (#310) which has windows facing a pile of DIRT! Kristina changed us to room #309 which was very nice for a 4 days stay!!

The localisation of the room upside the restaurant is horrible due to the noises. Water system in hotel functionates inappropriately - The Water is boiling hot and freezing after a while - you can be burnt and feel pain during all your stay.

The location could not be more central. Very good breakfast. Comfortable beds and very spacious room.

15chf per day for parking is hard... There were some cut nails on the floor in our room that were not ours :(

Chic hotel in a gorgeous microstate

The bed was super comfy and the room was a great size. The breakfast was also delicious and well varied. Staff were all extremely friendly.

Wonderful stay right in the middle of everything, but at the same time great to unwind and relax as well.

The hotel is located right in the middle of Vaduz- easy to walk to the bus stations and near musea, restaurants, cafés, the castle and the old Rhein bridge. Gorgeous view from our room. Staff is very friendly and the room was very comfortable, quiet and clean. The restaurant of the hotel is also great and has many tasty options. We came to rest and take it easy, but also did some nice outings to Malbun and Triesenberg and visited shops and musea in Vaduz. Excellent and wonderful stay!

An excellent stay in an excellent hotel

This is an excellent hotel. It has a very friendly atmosphere. There is parking under the hotel with lift access to reception - couldn't have been easier. The bed and pillows were extremely comfortable. The breakfast was straightforward but with lots of choice and of high quality. We would very happily stay here again.

We did ask for and got a quiet room, which backed on to the castle cliff. The front of the hotel is on the main pedestrian street and in low season (eg, early April) a front room would have been just as quiet, with the bonus of stunning mountain views. It might be noisier during the shoulder and high seasons.

Exceptional

The hotel is located in the center of town just next to the Rathaus (town hall) and an easy walk to shopping restaurant options, etc. The room was spacious and exceptionally clean with all of the essentials - including a Nespresso maching - and more. They even provided food & water bowls for our dogs! The breakfast was spectacular! It's included in the room & full of delicious options.

Great Hotel at an excellent location

Completely blown away by the hospitality of the staff. An excellent hotel in the best part of the town. We were in the family suite and could see the Castle from the terrace :-). The room itself was spacious and very comfortable. Breakfast was excellent. Overall, a great stay which was made better by a very accommodating hotel staff.

The room was spacious and luxurious. The hotel was centrally located near shops and restaurants. The staff were very friendly and welcoming.

It was very warm and there is no air conditioning. We had the window open and the fan running all night. The room never really cooled down

No air con so very hot. Restaurant closed during our stay and no access to whirlpool.
