Close to lake and restaurants

The location was important for us as we needed to use trains, see the city centre and access the lake, as well as be close to the start of the Camino further on the hill above the city.
The absence of a washing line - we needed to wash a little laundry everyday, to keep our luggage light. We also like to open a window, and that is difficult, with all the curtains in place.

Central location, friendly and helpful staff
Being very close to the train tracks, the trains are loud as they squeal round the corner.
No air-conditioning (but ventilators available)

The location is great, on the lake and close to the station.
It is so dated, the pillows are flat and old, the bathroom was 30+ years old, no AC, the breakfast was ordinary and the staff disengaged.
