Great experience in Vaduz

Super location, it is located on the man street of Vaduz. Sitting on our room's terrace, facing the brighly decorated main street for Christmas, the ice rink and Alps was wonderful. Our room was very comfortable, large and clean. And special thanks to Mr. Ockert and all staff, who welcomed us with great kindness, they were all very friendly and helpful.

Great experience in the perfect location

The room (11) was very quiet. There wasn't any outside noise on the back of the building since it is up against the mountain. The quiet room allowed me to sleep late. I skipped breakfast and enjoyed a nice lunch in the hotel restaurant. Jens was the receptionist on my arrival and he did a fantastic job. The restaurant staff was amazing, as well. The housekeeping staff keep the rooms immaculate.

Since the room didn't have air-conditioning, it took awhile for the room to get cold enough to fall asleep. Only 2 of the 4 windows that opened had screens so only those two windows can be opened without letting the mosquitoes, moths, beatles, etc into the room.

Nice Hotel in the Centre of Vaduz

The staff were efficient, competent and friendly. We enjoyed a spacious, clean and well appointed suite, with plenty of comfortable seating. The in room dinning was excellent. Having a dinning table and chairs in the room added to the experience. Breakfast was well organised, quiet and relaxing. This is a very good hotel.

The Check-in desk was on the first floor, which was unusual. However the check-in and check-out procedures were fast and efficient, handled by really well trained and nice staff

Superb

The staff at front desk were more than accommodating- Katherine actually walked outside to show us where the parking garage was located. She also showed us how to get to room, incredibly kind and helpful. Best beds and pillows ever, super comfortable on our old backs. Large lovely incredibly clean room too. Excellent location.

Hard to find garage even with directions- a sign would be helpful.

A very good location and beautiful Hotel But, not friendly staff

The size of the room was very good, a brand new hotel with nice view.

We were lost on the way to hotel and although they have shared the exact location with us we were not able to find the location because of the google map issues, hilly location of the city or maybe the pressure of the route and being lost itself. We asked them for a location pin, they were unable to oblige, then we asked them to come and collect us literally 20 meters away from the Hotel, but the attitude was a bit forward and not accommodating. The lady came to us but the way she react was like a teacher punishing her pupil not doing the homework. she told me "we have shared everything with you how cannot you find your way"!!! (Very impolite and unprofessional) I think they are not familiar with international way of hospitality or even treating guests. We stayed there for one night but unfortunately they were not very helpful and caring, avoiding us both in check-in and check-out process.

I loved the stay. The room was fabulous, spacious, and had a wonderful view.

The entrance to the hotel isn't so clearly marked, and as they seem to have taken over the adjacent building, it takes two elevators to get to my room. I also didn't like that a full room service menu wasn't available. I also wish that I could have tried their flagship restaurant, which was closed on both days I was there.

Ideální zastávka při cestě do Švýcarska

Byli jsme v hotelu pouze jeden den, cestou do Švýcarska. Umístění hotelu je perfektní. Všude jsme se dostali během pár minut pěšky. Pokoj byl čistý a dobře udržovaný. Personál na recepci vstřícný. Parkování v podzemní garáži, díky instrukci od hotelu, velmi jednoduché. Snídaně byla velmi dobrá.

Vysoká cena a probíhající rekonstrukce části hotelu.

Il Central, come suggerisce il nome, si trova in una posizione davvero strategica, a pochi passi dalle principali attrazioni di Vaduz e con una vista balconata incantevole sulle Alpi. La camera era spaziosa, moderna e dotata di ogni comfort, con un’attenzione ai dettagli che fa davvero la differenza. Un letto immenso. Ho apprezzato molto la tranquillità dell’ambiente, nonostante la posizione centrale, e la presenza di un minibar incluso e di un comodo parcheggio privato. Un ringraziamento speciale va allo staff, che mi ha accolto con grande gentilezza e professionalità, parlando perfettamente inglese e rendendo tutto ancora più semplice e piacevole. Un boutique hotel che unisce eleganza e funzionalità. Lo consiglio vivamente a chi cerca un punto d’appoggio raffinato per esplorare Vaduz e i suoi dintorni.

Sehr schöner und angenehmer Kurzurlaub

Die Lage ist direkt in der Innenstadt. Somit sind alle Sehenswürdigkeiten von Vaduz bequem zu Fuss zu erreichen. Das Frühstücksbuffet was sehr gut. Es gab nichts, was es nicht gab!! Die Zimmer sind hell, sauber und sehr geräumig. Das Bad war modern und ebenfalls sehr sauber.
