Loved the modern vibe

I stayed here for 2 nights with my kids. We loved that the hotel is so new - facilities are modern, rooms are tastefully decorated, beds are huge and super comfortable, tv is large and high quality, very spacious bathroom and rooms. Breakfast was delicious with a good selection of breads, jams, fresh fruit, cheeses, milk, yoghurts, cold cuts, muesli and wonderful scrambled eggs, warm mushrooms, bacon, and fresh juices, lots of teas and a coffee machine. There's also a fitness room with top-notch exercise equipment and 2 bathrooms and a shower to freshen up.

Only downside is the location itself, because the area is very industrial, however you're very close to nature and the bus station is nearby too.

An OK choice, if you must stay in this area. But perhaps more convenient locations elsewhere.

There is no on location staff. (This was, of course, as expected.) However, the A/C in the room DID NOT work! Hotel is not really near anything. Nor near any public transport. Not a really pleasant area. And the perhaps almost finished, quite large construction site directly next to the hotel also make is less appealing.

a decent rest, but wish I'd chosen somewhere in the countryside

Breakfast was nice, location was well situated with respect to the highway. The room decor was beautiful and modern. The bathroom was very nice. Check-in from the automated kiosk was smooth.

It has a bit of a lonely feeling, as you're basically staying in the middle of a vast car dealership. There's nobody to greet you except a creepy mannequin of a butler. There's no sign or markings showing the entrance to the hotel from the front of the property, so I had to ask some employees of the affiliated café. Entrance/egress are a bit difficult traveling solo with luggage, as you're climbing down several steps and then holding open a heavy door to get in and out. On a Saturday night, the car wash across from the room's balcony becomes a gathering point for local motor heads. And then early Sunday morning (7:00) there's a man spraying the carwash clean, so no chance to sleep in.

Nice place, everything as expected: self checkin - easy and convenient, room - clean, bed - very nice, modern and comfortable, breakfast - very good! For Switzerland - price/quality ratio is perfect. Conveniently located, has parking, there is even a gym.

really nothing to complain, but as a comment for hotel to become even better - the bedsheets - would be great to have smoother, a bit higher quality.

Big rooms and excellent breakfast just out of main center of Wil.

Bedroom and bathroom large. Able to open window/door for fresh air though could be a bit noisy. Self check in easy. Big comfortable bed. Breakfast excellent as was all day coffee and tea available and an honour bar for other drinks. Gym good too though only big enough for a few people at once. Parking easy.

Air conditioner was unable to be lowered from 24C and the room was way too hot. Ladies cleaning and serving breakfast unable to assist. It was over a weekend so nothing done. They gave us a phone number to ring someone we didn’t have the language skills to explain to. We originally requested a room away from utility areas, lifts but were allocated the very first room next to lifts, kitchen, laundry and dining room. Doors to each area left open so noisy early in the morning. Also cleaners on below floor or maybe dining area cleaned until 11.52pm so getting to sleep at night was challenging with the sound of scraping chairs. We could also hear footsteps running up and down stairs. Use of guest laundry a big plus but hard to use allocated guest washing machine and dryer as housekeeping team used their machine and guest machines. Bed had the usual 2 quilts - one was light weight and the other winter. Room was already too hot so we planned to use blanket but there was only one single.

Nice hotel

Nicely appointed, clean rooms. Location might be tricky for some, but it's very well positioned if you have your own transportation. Breakfast is spectacular, with fresh fruit. Very nice stay overall

Good business hotel, not the best location

Clean business hotel. It has a clean room, a better than average fitness and a good breakfast. It was a little walk from the station, but doable. This is one of the better hotels in Wil.

It is very remote. The rooms towards the backside are not really a nice location. All is quiet and no problem there, just it does not make you happy to look at an industrial area. It is to remote to walk through the city at night, which limits your diner options when you do not have a car.

The best hotel between Zürich and St Gahlen!

Easy self checkin/out, free parking, beautiful room with fridge and comfortable bed, nice balcony. Super modern bathroom. Friendly and helpful professional staff. All day access to water / coffee and amazing breakfast every morning! Several fresh fruits, highest quality products organized and prepared for the guests at 5*+++ level. Many many thanks!

Too hard mattress for a side-sleeper. At six am there was a buzzering noise which woke me up. There was too little fresh air in the room, because one can't open the window because of the noise outside, and somehow that led to bad night sleep.

Great value hotel just outside of Wil center

Staff was very nice, everything was very clean, great breakfast! Rooms had everything you would want, check in is very easy with the self check in station. Great value and great stay!

Blankets were very small but fine, location isn't ideal but still within walking distance of the train station so overall still great value!
