Self checkin is working very well
Free coffee/tea, croissants and fruits is a nice touch. May I suggest that you add a microwave in the community room ?
There was an unpleasant smell in my room. Carpet would probably need to be cleaned.

Extremely clean and perfect location
No employees. All electronic and difficult to understand on a mobile phone when I called for assistance.
Extremely hot with no air conditioning. Had to buy a fan just to sleep

Location was great and the bed was comfortable. Free car parking was great.
Good support when the on-line check-in didn't work for us.
No Airconditioning which meant windows open to sleep and it was a little noisy.
No tee or coffee making, no toiletries and the shower stall was too small.
Check-in system didn't work for us and had to call for help
