Convenient, suitable for ease to transport and business location.

Location with close proximity to the railway station.

Breakfast was the same every day, bed was single and small, as though it was for a child. No facility to make hot water.

Great time overall!

The breakfast was great. A very good variety of foods drinks and the staff was super. The beds were comfortable and the bathroom was very clean and large. The location was convenient to trains buses and Wils main shopping area.

Air conditioning was the only bad part. It was in the 90’s a couple of days. On normal days it was fine.

I did have quite a serious problem with the internet conncection in my room It cut out frequently and most of the time it was very slow.

Ich war froh, dass die Lage des Hotels so zentral war, dass ich in Kürze alles erreichen konnte.

Der Kaffee fand ich sehr gut, der Service war topp und alle waren immer sehr zuvorkommend. Auch das Mittagessen am folgenden Tag war sehr lecker, ebenso der Service hat mich überzeugt. Der Empfang an der Reception war ebenso freundlich und meine Wünsche wurden prompt erledigt.

Beim Frühstück hätte ich gerne etwas mehr Auswahl bei den frischen Früchten gehabt. Da ich aber nur 2 Nächte gebucht hatte, war es nicht so schlimm. Für ein nächstes Mal würde ich mir ein grösseres Zimmer buchen lassen und eines, wo es etwas ruhiger ist, nicht so nah beim Lift.

Fehlende Klimaanlage obwohl wir das gebucht haben. Es wurde sehr heiss im Zimmer. Keine Kaffeemaschine im Zimmer. Viel Lärm von der Strasse.

Hotel war gut mit Preis und Leistung nur Zimmer in Straßennähe nicht sehr leise.

Leider war unser Zimmer zur Straße und es war etwas mehr Straßenlärm.

Wohlfühlaufenthalt im Schwanen

In traditionellem Stil geführtes Haus. Persönlicher Empfang beim Einchecken, Schlüssel statt Code, schönes schlicht funktional eingerichtetes Zimmer, sehr gute Betten, grosszügiges Bad/Dusche/WC. Frühstück mit reichhaltigem frischen Angebot. Sehr freundliche Mitarbeiterinnen.

Für 1 Übernachtung eignet sich das Hotel gut, laute Umgebung, gute dichte Fenster, tolles Frühstück

Frühstück war gut bestückt mit Eierspeisen nach Wunsch. Gute Auswahl, frische Produkte. Personal sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Wir konnten die E-Bikes in der Garage abstellen und vor Ort laden. Sehr unkompliziert.

Der Empfang war etwas „geschäftsmässig“. Das Check in sehr kühl. Kein willkommen. Viel Verkehr und Leute vor und ums Hotel, Fenster nicht geöffnet werden, da es sehr laut war. In der Nacht daher sehr warm im Zimmer!Fenster halten den Lärm aber top zurück!

Mittelmäßiges Hotel

Die Rezeption ist nicht durchgehend besetzt. Das Frühstück könnte ein wenig vielfältiger sein. Die Lage ist gut. Die Garage ist sehr eng. Es gibt keinen e-Auto-Ladeplatz. Das Bad könnte mit etwas mehr Sinn eingerichtet sein. Dann gab es auch noch einen Wasserschaden.
