Ausserordentlich freundliche Mitarbeiter, sehr zuvorkommend und aufmerksam in allen Bereichen. Schöner Wellnessbereich, gutes Essen, idyllische Lage direkt am Waldrand.
Eher schmales Doppelbett und sehr unbequeme Liegen im Wellnessbereich (Holzliegen mit dünner Auflage, die sich schon nach wenigen Minuten hart anfühlten).

Der Empfang, das Zimmer, das Essen und das Spa waren einfach genial!!! Mein Partner und ich konnten so sehr in allen Belangen entspannen. Vielen herzlichen Dank.

Food in the restaurant and service was not good and for this kind of category disappointing.
Entrecote looked like a sausage and was very hard - could not eat it but they did not offer a replacement.
The german waiter was not very friendly but some members of the service were ok.
