The personnel was super helpful and we had a small accident that was handled with great care and professionalism and everyone was super concerned and trying to do what they could to help.
The breakfast restaurant is very nice but when the sun shines in, it's hard to avoid getting blinded.

This is a awesome place to live in surrounded by beautiful nature have a swimming pool.
We had an awesome time 2 mins walk from train station .

Close to Train and Bus stations. Very good location not far from Appenzell. Nice Restaurant with good Swiss style food offerings nearby. Large if somewhat bland rooms.
Breakfast average. Bread, cheeses etc. not topped up. Experienced better during a 6 week stay in Switzerland.
