Nice place to stay & work.

Room was big, clean and luminous. Service level was wonderful. Breakfast was not the "standard" international, but it makes its value with very good food and delicate mix.

Beautiful hotel in Heiden – relaxing stay with great food and lovely staff

The hotel and its surroundings are charming and peaceful — perfect for a short wellness break. The breakfast was outstanding: generous, delicious, and made with very fresh ingredients. We also loved that there was free tea and fresh fruit available throughout the day — such a thoughtful touch that really added to the experience. The staff was another highlight: incredibly friendly, attentive, and always ready to help. Their warm hospitality made us feel very welcome. The rooms were clean, bright, and comfortable, and the spa area was calm and relaxing — just what you need to unwind.

1. No fridge in the room – There’s no minibar or fridge, which becomes an issue especially in Heiden, where dining options are limited. On Sundays, when everything is closed, it would be useful to store a few groceries or drinks — but without a fridge, that’s not possible. 2. Unclear spa routine and limited replacements – You receive a bag with spa supplies (bathrobe, towel, slippers), but they are not refreshed the next day unless you specifically ask. After swimming or using the sauna, your items are damp or even soaked, and they don’t dry properly overnight in the room. It would be more comfortable and hygienic to offer fresh items daily without needing to ask. 3. No fresh towels in the spa area – This was the biggest downside. After using the steam room or sauna, towels are often soaked — especially in the textile-free zones. Unfortunately, there are no fresh towels available in the spa itself, and it feels like guests are expected to use only what was initially given. While the staff will provide more if you ask, there should be a self-service point with clean towels at all times. It’s standard in most wellness hotels and would make a big difference.

The swimming pool is great. The staff is very nice and helpfull

No shower/bathroom door, not good when traveling with family, no privacy. Dusty places and WC looked not very clean and the WC are dark, no hanger in the only place that have a door where you can change. The mattress’ covers are always moving, it should fit the beds and stay on the mattress, not confortable and not hygienic Not a lot of choice in the restaurant and expensive for what it is Not much to do in Heiden (not the hotel fault) when it’s raining and you have kids

They care about their staff. I was touched by the support they were giving to a special person who worked at their Hotel. He’s from Afghanistan and they wanted to help his family who is back home. Bravo and wishing all the best to this person.

Nice wellness break in the vicinity of Bodensee

Our junior suite was spacious, very clean and with a pleasant design. Spa area is also well maintained, the indoor swimming pool overlooks Bodensee and the outdoor jacuzzi is great. There are 2 restaurants - Panorama which serves set menu and Bö's which serves both set menu and a la carte. The food is nice, but not of the highest standard

Parking spaces in front of the hotel are limited, but there are plenty of them in the vicinity

Insgesamt ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt, trotz Schwächen beim Service und beim Silvester-Menü

Insgesamt war das Hotel wirklich sehr schön und wir hatten einen rundum gelungenen Aufenthalt. - Der Empfang war freundlich und professionell, auch die Betreuung während der Tage war sehr angenehm. - Die Zimmer waren komfortabel und gepflegt. Ein Problem mit der Toilette wurde sofort behoben – schnell, freundlich und unkompliziert. - Das Zimmerpersonal war besonders herzlich und zuvorkommend. - Der Wellnessbereich ist zwar eher überschaubar, aber sehr hochwertig, extrem sauber und bietet eine tolle Saunalandschaft sowie einen grossen Innenpool. - Das Frühstücksbuffet war hervorragend, mit einer guten Auswahl und regionalen Produkten.

- Das Silvester-Menü war mit 165 CHF pro Person sehr teuer, und der Service an diesem Abend wirkte leider gestresst und chaotisch (falsche Gerichte, teilweise zu früh serviert, Speisen nur lauwarm). Das vegetarische Menü war im Vergleich zum Fisch- und Fleischmenü weniger kreativ und nicht auf dem gleichen Niveau, was den Preis schwer nachvollziehbar macht. Würde ich definitiv nicht mehr machen. - Beim Frühstück wirkte das Personal teilweise etwas überfordert, sodass man manchmal aktiv um Aufmerksamkeit bitten musste. - In den Ruhebereichen im Spa könnte dezente Musik die Atmosphäre noch angenehmer machen. - Eine der Behandlungen hat mich persönlich nicht ganz überzeugt. Ich würde empfehlen, sich vorab genauer zu informieren, wie die Behandlung abläuft, bevor man sie bucht.

Das Hotel ist wirklich sehr empfehlenswert.

Das Hotel ist wirklich sehr schön. Von aussen zwar nicht unbedingt, dafür war im Innern alles sehr schön ausgestattet. Das Personal war sehr freundlich, kompeten und zuvorkommend. Wir haben zudem im Restaurant zweimal sehr fein gegessen.

Der Wellnessbereich war auch öffentlich zugängig. Da wir an einem Wochenende da waren, war dieser sehr gut besucht, so dass wir keine zwei Liegestühle fanden.
