It was very modern, clean, comfortable and convenient, perfect for an overnight stay. Friendly staff.

Although it says on Booking.com that the hotel has parking, there are only a few spots that guests can use to load and unload. Otherwise guests need to pay for parking at two nearby carparks. That wasn't clear on Booking.com. Also, even though Booking.com says it's a hotel where pets are allowed, we were charged an extra CHF 20 for our dog - that also wasn't clear.

Choosing IBIS is never a mistake

I needed a hotel, where I can arrive late late evening by train, expectedly with delay. So I chose Ibis, reliable hotel chain with nonstop reception, close to the train station. The receptionist was welcoming, I could have a delicious beer at the bar at 11 P.M. and the bed was very comfortable. Good varied breakfast rounded the all-round excellent experience.

I don’t like it, they must prepare the staff properly and give the correct answers to the clients in the reception.

The staff in the reception must be new that I understand but they are not giving exactly information for the clients, I booked for 1 night then I decided to stay one night more because I had a terrible headache and I just cancelled my trip back home, I ask in the reception what time I have to do the check out they told me 12 on the next day and is everything payed already, so I went to pick my bag in my friends house and stay one more night, but then when I wanted to pay for the other night they requested me to pay for one night more for early check in, and when I did the check no one explain me that I need to pay more for that, otherwise I would’ve wait until the check in time. very bad this situation I felt very uncomfortable and I even cancelled the one more night I was going to stay and I just searched for another option on the area, and I found it, very close just 5 minutes and even cheaper. 😅😃

There was no complementary parking, and the paid one is far when you consider you have to carry stuff to the hotel from your car.

It was just opposite the mineral Spa and very close to the station.

When we had the windows open it was quite noisy and you could hear the station, cars, people on the road.

Accomodating hotel and special thanks to Ms. Weber

The hotel is located perfectly to accommodate for regional travel and connection to Zurich Airport. They provide for all necessary amenities within a 5 minute walk from the station. Special thanks to Ms. Weber and her team for accomodating my requests. They really understand what customer service is and went the extra mile to help me.

I like the Girls from the reception. They were nice and could smile....

The menage was unfriendly. I am arcor member and I asked if I could pay only 1 dog because I have 2. He say nooooo and make jokes. Extremely arrogant. Disappointed!!!!

Calm stay in a modern room

Max. 10min. away from the train station, very quiet & calm location, great to relax. Alao staff members were very friendly & helpful. I liked their tune in every email they sent & I felt warmly welcomed by the personnel at the reception. The hotel & room design was amazing!

I thought the bed wasn't quite as comfortable as expected. The mattress was really stiff & only 2 small pillows & a small blanket were given. I travelled alone so it was okay but for 2 people, this wouldn't have been enough.
