Die Unterkunft war sehr geräumig und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Der selbstständige checkin hat gut geklappt. Es gab eine große Küche und sogar Kaffeekapseln für die Nespresso Maschine. Das Bett war groß und bequem. Wir haben 4 Nächte in der Unterkunft verbracht. Wir waren mit unserem Hund unterwegs und mussten dafür keinen extra Aufpreis bezahlen. Die Unterkunft war sehr zentral. In unter zehn Minuten zu Fuß waren wir beim See. Es gab genügend Parkplätze direkt beim Apartment und sogar ein Freund der uns einen Tag besucht hat durfte kostenlos dort parken. Der Vermieter war ständig erreichbar und sehr freundlich. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Es gibt nichts auszusetzen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

The location was perfect, just a short walk from Bodensee, restaurants, a supermarket, a bakery and even a nearby farm. The building itself has a nice vintage character, while our apartment was relatively newly renovated. There was plenty of space both inside and outside, and the apartment was very clean, fresh and overall well equipped. We especially liked the large and comfortable dining room and the two separate bedrooms. The kitchen was also very spacious, with a lot of storage space and almost 20 cupboards and drawers. Overall, the apartment was very comfortable and pleasant to stay in.

The check-in-online system did not work, so we had to call reception. Communication from the host was also very limited, which caused the most issues. The kitchen itself was large, with plenty of cupboards and storage space, but there were only enough dishes, glasses and basic utensils for around five people. For an apartment intended for larger groups, we expected the kitchen equipment to be better equipped accordingly. They had this capusule coffee machine, which requires very specific type of capsules. To figure that out we had bought 3 different type ofcapsules. Clear info on that would've been nice. Not to mention supermarkets close really early there. There were also some smaller practical issues. One light bulb in our apartment had no obvious switch to turn it off, and even after trying the different switches, we could not find a way to turn it off. The parking area itself was actually very large and could easily fit at least five cars easily, but there were no clearly marked or assigned parking spaces. This unfortunately caused an unnecessary dispute with another guest about where to park. Clear markings or simple instructions about the parking spaces would have prevented this. The Wi-Fi router had no password, so we decided not to use it because we did not feel comfortable connecting to an unsecured network. During our stay it was very hot. Because the building itself is quite old, it heated up quickly, so better ventilation or some form of cooling would have made the stay much more comfortable. There was also an interior door between the floors that could be locked from the inside. Another guest accidentally locked this door during the night, which meant that we could no longer access the upper floor. We had to knock on their door from outside to get access again. Clear information about this door and how it works would have been helpful.

Schöne geräumige moderne Wohnung mit viel Platz. Überdachte Sitzmöglichkeit draußen. Neu eingerichtete Küche. Geräumiger kostenloser Parkplatz. Einfacher digitaler Check in vor Ort. Gute Lage im Zentrum der stadt und Geschäfte zu Fuß erreichbar. Matratzen waren sonst Bequem und neu. Viele Schränke und verstau Möglichkeiten.

Wir haben für 5 Personen gebucht, es waren aber nur 4 Betten plus Schlafcouch da. Die Schlafcouch war aber unbequem und ohne vorhandene Bettwäsche trotz Nachfrage. Bei Ankunft war die Wohnung sauber, die Schränke waren aber total schmutzig und der Mülleimer war noch voll vom Vorgänger. Allgemein war sowohl drinnen als auch im Garten noch sehr viel Baustelle zumindest in den schränken und hinter den Türen. Es war keine Seife auf den Toiletten vorhanden. Der Kühlschrank war auch nicht gerade sauber. Die Kommunikation war demnach nicht gut bzw nicht vorhanden.
