Impeccable attention to every detail was a highlight to our relaxing stay.

Sebastian designed and built a very modern, comfortable guest house. His excellent attention to detail is seen in the room layout, furnishings, decorations, and breakfast. He also provided safe storage for our bicycles.

The outside window shutter was closed so although there were two big windows, there was no natural light.

Sebastian is a perfect host

The room is clean and comfortable, and heating is excellent (we stayed in the winter period). Breakfast is standard, but Sebastian is a perfect host. He is very kind and friendly, meet all ours demands. Highly recommended if you plan to visit the area.

Sehr geschmackvoll und extravagant eingerichtet, sehr sauber, ein super tolles Frühstück mit allem was man sich wünschen kann. Der Vermieter hat sich sehr viel Mühe gegeben uns zu verwöhnen. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder und können die Unterkunft weiter empfehlen.

Klein, fein aber für mich super!

Ein hervorragendes Frühstück, jedes Blatt Schicken oder Käse wirklich sehr gute Qualität und ausgezeichneter Geschmack. Dazu ein weiches Frühstücksei und einen sehr guten Kaffee sowie frische Semmeln. Es gäbe da noch verschiedenste Müsli, Marmeladen, Honig, diverse Fruchtsäfte,.... und eine super freundliche Bewirtung vom Chef selbst.

Sehr schönes modernes Zimmer, alles vorhanden was man braucht. Sehr netter Gastgeber, super Frühstück, es gab sogar frischen Pfefferminztee. Absolut empfehlenswert. Lage perfekt für den Besuch von Bregenz oder auch zum Baden im See.
