The shower water doesn’t drain properly and will leak all the way to the kitchen from the bathroom. We collected all the water with bed sheets and extra towels. The shower draining system needs fixed. The faucet on bathroom sink on the right sends water to the floor because of bad spray. The faucet also needs adjusted.

It’s unique and convenient location, right next to lake and was a good stopover for us to travel to Switzerland

Unfortunately although the hotel describes itself as being close to the lake it is a very long walk to where you can cross the railway that runs along the shore of the lake to get to the lake.

Adequate accommodation for a couple of nights.

Lake view, fan in room to keep us cool. Dual direction view from the room.

Not enough surfaces to put things on. Lack of kettle. Whilst drinks Machine was nice gesture the capsules on offer were not what we wanted. Restaurant closed on nights there so had to walk up the road in hot weather. If know that restaurant was going to be closed when booking may have changed hotel. Very impersonal, keys on arrival left in locker, very little direct contact. Bathroom very small and difficult to carry out drying oneself without opening the door

No air-conditioning and therefore had to have the windows open on one of the busiest corners of Lochau - very noisy with traffic.

Will not choose if I need to stay more than 1day. I guess the price is all because of the lake view.

Standing next to the window, you could have a great view of Bodensee. If the weather is nice, it'll be very beautiful. Breakfast is nice, I like the croissant a lot.

The bathroom seems just 1 square meter. The floor height is probably only 2.2 or 2.3 meter which makes the room even more small. Both bed and wooden floor made a lot of noise even just turn around or try to step on it carefully. The ventilation machine continues working very long(5 mins) and noisy after turning off the light. It's annoying after mid-night. That machine woke me up at 3 am because my partner used the toilet that time.

Very nice hotel with comfy beds, free coffee and water, very good shower and nice staff. Would recommend to anyone exploring the area. Parking is free of charge just near the entrance.

Very satisfactory for a January stop over

Well situated. Clean and comfortable enough. Excellent restaurant at Reiners (under same ownership 600 metres into town. Very adequate breakfast in hotel.

Being a Sunday in January it was deserted on arrival with room key and instructions in a coded box on entry. So we could not judge its full potential.

would not recommend this place. Have stayed at much nicer places for far less.

Bathroom was too small and 2 steps to get out of the shower was dangerously slippery. Room furnished adequately but not for the price. It was non smoking place but the smokers were allowed to smoke on the balcony on the first floor and left the door open so it smelled of smoke when going up the stairs. No one at the front desk, the person doing the food was also responsible for the front desk. Restaurant not open the 2 days we were there. It was located on a curve and dangerous to turn left to Lochau as you couldn't see the traffic coming.

Dusty underneath the bed, which is less nice when you have a crawling baby
