The location is really good. The breakfast adds some convenience to the trip.
You only get the room cleaning when you ask for it. This is okay, but we asked for toilet papers and shampoo in the morning for straight two days, they forgot and didn’t do it.

Understand hotel is a repurposed factory, and this may account for the slightly characterless impression. Single room had the feel of student accommodation (though clean and tidy). Breakfast spread is more than adequate, and free pass to nearby Strandbad Bregenz lido is a very worthwhile benefit in the summer months.
Could be weekend or dynamic pricing when booking applied but didn't feel the offer quite matched the price paid.

The building is very nice, kind of like in an old house. The staff is very friendly and location is safe while accessible.
The duvet is a bit thick for the weather, and but too cold without them.

Location, breakfast
Room was very poor, bathroom very small and worn down, there were almost no electric sockets, even bedside lamp was useless becasue we could not plug in it due to absense of socket…. Parking is cheating: if you park next to the hotel, they charge you 12-14 eur, not sure exactly how much it was. But appr 50 meters there is a huge parking lot where the max daily fee is like 7.40 eur. And it is free in the night. I guess being a family friendly hotel they should tell that and leave us to decide.

location is good to go to the musical in the lake.

1. the attractive, spacious courtyard with seating suitable for reading and relaxation.
2. very good dinners with a variety of menu options, served cafeteria style.
3. spacious eating areas inside and on the outdoor patio
4. location close to the waterfront
5. cheerful and helpful staff
6. clean and well-designed room
7. bike racks with canopy for protection of bicycles
1. consistent with the weather outside, the room was hot but I had no difficulty sleeping. There was an openable window which allowed some air into the room. Perhaps a fan would have been available if I had thought to ask for it.
2. It was a little difficult to find at first. A JUFA sign on the main abutting street would help.
3. The 4 pm check-in time was enforced rigidly.

Staff were really friendly and helpful . We had made an error in the booking but the staff were able to sort this out .
There was a problem with the air conditioning

The bed was wery comfortable.
The breakfast is way to expensive for what is offerd, 16 euro for cold cuts and scrambled eggs. In generas the hotel has steep prices, but that was maybe because of the opera festival this time of the year.

We only stayed one night, so apart from sleeping and having breakfast we didn't do much there.

- Good choice at breakfast although didn’t seem as fresh the second day.
- Comfy beds and pillows.
- Nowhere to park at hotel, told to park over a busy road. Later found out others had been able to park there for a fee, which we would have paid. Not even a parking space available to load cases after our stay. Poor use of outside area.
- Although restaurant advertised, only very small choice of meals. Menu not available until late afternoon/early evening.
- Only three curtains to cover a window needing four, as overlooked by part of same hotel opposite.
- No air conditioning but couldn’t open windows because of mosquitoes and noise from people drinking outside below room, loud even with windows shut.

Very noisy

Hotel was clean. Parking in the inside yard was practical.
No AC. The "promised" included sauna and swim was not available. The hotel seemed to be short of staff.

Comfortable room which was very quiet. Staff were helpful even though they were very busy. Fabulous breakfast and great bar and snacks available. Very good location to town and sights.
No complaints.

Excellent location, very convenient.
Spacious room.
Very good breakfast, but pricey.
I spent 1 night there: Both room and bathroom were cold upon arriving. Heating was off despite being unusually cold days for the season (I would have appreciated some warmth in the room. I turned on the heating but it took time to warm up).
Confusing billing at check-out: first I was asked EUR 37.80 for breakfast and kurtaxe. When I reminded the young lady that I was on my own, I had to pay 1 breakfast but the amount still looked quite high to me (EUR 21.90). I made the mistake not to ask for a printed invoice.
Only later I realized that for kurtaxe I was charged 6
EUR, which means for 2 people which does not sound fair to me, since I was alone (in a double room).
So it is probably better to choose a rate that includes breakfast to avoid misunderstandings.

Clearly a newly refurbished hotel. Lovely large room and plentiful breakfast.
There was no blind or curtain at the large bathroom window. Many other bedrooms in the courtyard looked directly into this window. Despite 2 conversations with hotel staff they were unable and unwilling to offer a solution.

Rooms are very spacious. Good location, very close to train station and stores and downtown is also in walking distance. Great breakfast with vast selection. Staff very friendly and helpful.
The rooms were so big but sparsely furnished, they could have added a seating area with couch and table. Dinner in hotel was buffet style, so had to pay for our son even though he hardly ate anything.

Very clean, breakfast buffet was exquisite. It's right across the street from the Bodensee. It was the most affordable place in town and yet I grimaced at spoiling myself. A bit more than I needed, but still wonderful.
Kitchen was closed one evening for Lange Nacht der Musik. They instead offered a "buffet" for the party, which was not a buffet at all, so I regretted spending my dinner budget on hors deouerves.
Also when I had been waiting an hour plus with heavy bags, waiting for the concierge to arrive so I could check in, a group walked in right after her, and ordered beers. She tended to them anyway and went through lengthy ordeal of find a replacement for the tap/keg, at which point I asked "can we fix me first since I was here first and you're at an impasse (and since check in is the primary function of a hotel)?" But still we had to wait and tinker for the beer.

Breakfast, Room, Location and especially the very helpful front desk!

A rich breakfast with enough choices of cheese, ham, bread, herb tea. Their croissant is excellent as well. Breakfast time starts from 7 am till 10:30 am so no need to hurry.
Not particular except there is extensive renovation works throughout the hotel so there is construction site like until works completed later 2023.
