Nice to Visit Not to Live

Superbly located near station and nearby shops and eateries. Hotel has cafe/bar downstairs also. L Great proximity to the lakefront=marina and nearby cable car attraction. Spacious room though.

No air conditioning, only a tiny fan that 'roared'. You had to transcend two flights of stairs before there was an elevator. Why bother with elevator from there?! There was a festival on so we had to contend with loud people in the mall until 4am in the morning as there was no double glazing. Only suitable for party people but not at that price point.

Great location, nice accommodation with comfortable beds

Brilliantly located in the centre of Bregenz, access to many restaurants and bars. Close to the lake.

This is not the fault of the property but the rooms were quite hot and having the windows open was noisy. The church bells rings regularly throughout the night. When we stayed the water fountain out side our window was cleaned at 6:30am using a pressure washer which was extremely loud. It didn’t help that our windows overlooked a small square so when the pressure washer was on the sound reflected off the other buildings. Once that fountain had been cleaned it was time for the builders to start work using a crane - bad timing on our part. It would have been nice to have had a Bath Matt. The floor was as very slippery after showering.

My grand daughter and I had a brilliant two nights stay. Perfect location.

Breakfast was not included, but it was perfect location for where we needed to be.

We never saw any staff. There was a reception, but no one on the reception desk, so if we did need to ask any questions, there was no one. Luckily, we did not need anyone.

Very pleasant and all staff are very friendly and helpful

Just about everything. Room was larger than expected. Location was ideal. The included breakfast was quite nice, but the best thing was Ms. Brugger herself, who had great recommendations for restaurants and places to see. She was super sweet and very helpful in every regard. Would happily stay here again

Amazing hotel with friendly staff in the center of Bregenz

Nomen omen. Hotel Kaiser and I felt like "Kaiser". Really amazing experience - Hotel is situated in the center close to all attractions as well as the railway station. The room was clean and comfortable, I appreciate the fridge and fan, moreover, a bathtub with a whirlpool was a great surprise to me. The staff was very friendly, helpful, and always smiling. Really amazing experience.

Information about the reception on the first floor without an elevator should be added to the hotel description due to people with disabilities.

Stephanie was extremely welcoming and made me feel comfortable as a solo female traveler. I came for the marathon and enjoyed the perfect location—everything was within walking distance (the lake, the center, and the mountain). Loved the kitchen and the rooftop terrace. She even offered us free laundry if we were interested. The kitchen provided a nice spot to meet the other guests. Very cute local vibe!

There was a shampoo/body wash/conditioner 3-in-1, it would have been nice to have some more options for toiletries. Other than that everything was great!

Hotel liegt direkt in der Innenstadt,somit fußläufig alles gut erreichbar. Unkomplizierter Check-In. Zum Bahnhof ca 10min. Das La Café direkt darunter bietet verschiedene lecker Frühstück zu guten Preisen. Gemütliche Atmosphäre und alle sehr freundlich.

Die Lage war gut aber das Hotel an sich hat mich sehr enttäuscht. Für den Preis habe ich mehr erwartet.

Das Hotel hat eine zentrale Lage und im Zimmer hört man von draußen gar nichts.

Das Zimmer war auf den ersten Blick schön, auf den zweiten Blick sind dann erhebliche Mängel aufgefallen. Im Bad sind Halterungen nicht fest, der Duschkopf hat nicht richtig gehoben in der Halterung. Die Whirlpoolbadewanne (was der Grund meiner Buchung war) hat ebenfalls nicht richtig funktioniert. Eine Düse ging und die restlichen nicht, außerdem ist die Badewanne nach kurzer Zeit aus gegangen und konnte dann auch nicht wieder aktiviert werden. Im Zimmer war auch eine Halterung für den Dachfenstervorhang komplett kaputt. In der „Minibar“ gab es keine Getränke und der Balkon bzw Terasse war auch öffentlich zugänglich.

Weil wir vor 15 Uhr ankamen und das vorgesehene Zimmer noch nicht bereit war, bakamen ohne Aufpreis ein Luxusappartement. Sehr grosszügig!

Kein Lift zum 2. Stock. Keine Twinbetten resp. keine Betten mit 2 Matratzen. Frühstück erst ab 09.00 Zufahrt schwierig.

Lage optimal , Nahe Zentrum, Bahnhof und See. Zimmer ohne Klimaanlage und Fenster defekt, nicht so prima. Immerhin Ventilator. Personal aber sehr zuvorkommend und immer nach Lösungsmöglichkeiten gesucht, Preis sehr gehoben, Festspielzeit halt. Leider Frühstück erst ab 900 Uhr im angeschl. Kaffee, ging aber, da Citylage

Hotel mit Charme - Alt und neu vereint - schöner Aufenthalt

Wir wurden sehr nett empfangen, da der Empfang noch nicht besetzt war, hätten wir im Kaffee unten drin warten können. Wahrscheinlich auch das Gepäck abgeben. Aber wir wurden dann telefonisch avisiert Das Hotel hat Charm mit alten Möbel drin da es bereits einige Jahre auf dem Buckel hat historisch. Aber die Betten, Bad usw. sind ganz modern. In der heutigen Zeit von Nachhaltigkeit sind die alten Möbel im Zimmer charmant. Das Kaffee unten drin gehört irgenwie dazu und ist mega herzlich aus das Personal darin. Das Hotel ist gut um die Seebühne zu erreichen. Parkhaus GWL gegenüber - kostet halt 24 Std.

Es war ein sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt, gemütliches Zimmer, Bad und Toilette getrennt, super komfortables Bett. Sehr nettes Personal. Frühstück im hauseigenen Café, war sehr gut. Toller Kaffee! Das Haus ist interessant und beeindruckend, da es ein sehr altes Gebäude ist und bestimmte Zeitspuren sichtbar dargestellt sind. Schöne gemütliche Ausstattung überall.

in Kürze der Zeit und Buchung sehr zufrieden

Die Lage war super, das Zimmer war groß, Bad geräumig und bestens. einchecken war sehr freundlich und unkompliziert. Über booking.com hatte ich eine Buchung vorgenommen, versehentlich nicht mit dem Namen des Gastes, für die ich buchen wollte. Dies war beim Einchecken überhaupt kein Problem. Angenehm. Die Möglichkeit im kleinen schönen Café gleich unten im Haus ein schönes Frühstück einnehmen zu können auch prima

da es in Bregenz sehr heiß war, im Zimmer keine Klimaanlage vorhanden, oder wir sie zumindest nicht finden konnten, wäre ein Ventilator gut gewesen. An der Decke, oder als flexibler Standventilator. Vielleicht könnte dies ja in Zukunft im Zimmer vorhanden sein. Da wir allerdings sehr eilig waren, habe ich nicht an der Rezeption fragen können, ob so etwas ohnehin im Haus zu leihen gewesen wäre.

Leider ist das Frühstück nicht Inbegriffen. zeitlich kann man leider erst ab 09:00 im Hause Frühstücken, jedoch gibt es in unmittelbarer Nähe genügend Möglichkeiten (max. 2 Gehminuten) Extra Service mit Room Service (RUM wurde aufs Zimmer gebracht :-)

für die eine Nacht die wir da Verbringen durften, war alles Tip Top :-) daher gibt es NICHTS SCHLECHTES.

Perfekter Aufenthalt im Herzen von Bregenz

Ein wunderbar schmuckes kleines Hotel an bester Lage in der Fussgängerzone von Bregenz, wenige Gehminuten vom See entfernt. Das Zimmer ist sehr sauber, gross und komfortabel. Superbequemes Bett mit neuen Matratzen. Wir haben echt gut geschlafen. Das Highlight war für uns das Personal: Alle sind sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und auch bei Sonderwünschen zuvorkommend und flexibel. Wir haben uns sofort sehr wohl gefühlt. Die machen alles, dass man sich vom ersten Moment an wie zuhause fühlt. Zum Hotel gehört ein Café, wo man leckeres Frühstück bekommt und später auch feine Salate und Flammkuchen essen kann. Perfekt! Wir kommen bestimmt wieder.
