Lovely little village, very nice accommodation

Lovely characterfull exterior. Clean and modern inside with electric velux window that closed itself when rain was detected, which was very good. Shower was superb. Excellent access to bus services.

Lack of character inside but nicely modern and clean. Only one pillow on the bed. As there is no meal option it was a shame there wasn't some articles such as a kettle/fridge to serve ourselves.

Beds were comfortable. The room, bathroom were functional and clean.

we had to go to another hotel located 600m away from this one to collect the card to access our room. This was only communicated the day before. We had to walk extra 1km (there and back) with heavy luggage. It should have been properly communicated on the website. It should also mention that the hotel has no reception. Another issue is that the walls are very thin and I could hear every conversation at the corridor.

Did not leak during the rain

"What are you looking for?" instead of "Welome" (no joke). Broken shower facility. Smart window system which decides itself whether you live in +35C room without air or not.

Convenient on a main road, but still quiet. Near restaurants, bakery, and groceries. Received door codes via e-mail (only staff we saw was a housekeeper in the morning).

The bicycle rack is not secured to the ground. We had two rooms -- one was under the eaves with a ceiling window, and both window and Rolladen are automatic. The window closed automatically when the rain began, so the room was quite warm (no air conditioning). When it wasn't raining, the choice is between and open window or closed Rolladen, there are no additional blinds or curtains to help darken the room. The room across the hall did not have this issue.

Easy to find in Hard. Room was very clean and comfortable.

There is no staff. I had a pin number for the door. It didn't work at first, but there was a button to press to speak to someone. Turns out I was early and the pin worked after 3pm. After that all was well

The room was clean, there is a hairdryer. Nice landscape around the hotel.

The room is so small, that I couldn't open the shower door because of the opened window. There is no reception, you check-in and check-out yourself. Afterwards I had issues with payment and had to contact the property and pay by direct transfer. I didn't feel safe having quite basic and obvious code for entering the room.

Hard am Bodensee

The location was perfect. Close to the sea. Nice place to go for a walk. Hard is a very nice city. The hotel is completely refurbish. Good taste!

It would be good to have a coffee machine in the room. For early travelers like me it helps a lot. The safety box instructions should also be in english.

Not crowded - good, quiet location

Very good and quiet location to explore the area. Bike paths nearby. Very clean except for bathroom floor. Bikes can be stored in garage, supermarket across the street, lake front and restaurants in walking distance. Good wifi.

Nettes Hotel mit leichten Verbesserungsmöglichkeiten

Gute Lage. Einkaufmöglichkeiten, Supermarkt in unmittelbarer Nähe. Parkplatz vor der Tür. Unkomplizierter Check in.

Ich hatte ein Zimmer mit Küchenzeile gebucht. Leider funktionierte der Kühlschrank nicht. Auch fehlte eine Mikrowelle. Oberschränke gab es nicht so das alles Geschirr (Tassen, Gläser, Teller etc.) in ein Fach in den Unterschrank gesteckt wurde - sehr unübersichtlich und schwer zugänglich. Das Zimmer war an und für sich sauber, abgesehen von etwas Müll der hinter dem Nachtkästchen zu finden war. Klopapier war sehr hart. Beleuchtung war schlecht und teils nicht funktionstüchtig.

Vorfeld und der Anreise ausreichend Informationen über Türcode WLAN Schlüssel wo was zu finden ist. Besonders erwähnenswert das Touristenticket mit dem man kostenlos sämtliche öffentliche Verkehrsmittel benutzen kann während der Dauer des Aufenthalts. Schnelle Antworten auf Fragen und Anliegen.

Für einen Kurztrip sehr zu empfehlen, einige Zimmer haben eine Küchenzeile. Fanden wir sehr gut, da es hier kein Frühstü

Wir hatten sieben Zimmer gebucht. Absolut unkompliziertes Einchecken. Die Zimmer waren alle sauber. Nachts sehr ruhig trotz Lage direkt an der Straße.

Das einzige was man bemängeln könnte, wäre das die Plastikabdichtungen der Dusche nicht mehr ganz so gut aussehen. Hat uns aber nicht sonderlich gestört.
