Excellent. Will definitely stay at Hotel Bodensee again.

The room was one of their "Comfort" rooms and it was most comfortable too and much larger than expected which was an added bonus. All the staff were courteous and friendly and spoke good English even though we attempted to converse in German. Breakfast was excellent with much to choose from. Centrally located in the heart of Bregenz very close to main attractions.

Excellent value for your money right in town

Super clean, newly renovated room with great bed, spacious bathroom and all the facilities I could need (coffee/tea, hairdryer, iron & board, TV with streaming, fan, fridge, make up mirror and even a person scale). Fresh breakfast and friendly staff. This hotel was just perfect for my stay.

Central location, charming, freshly renovated hotel.

A big room, lovely terrace, partial view of the lake, terrace furniture. Big bathroom with confortable shower. Air conditioning. All newly renovated, very comfortable. Breakfast was very pleasant too. Very close to the harbour and a lot of good restaurants.

Limited parking, had to park in a public garage (very close). Annoying dog next door barked early morning.

Short and sweet , Bregenz is a nice surprise and great place to stay.

Located in a convenient location in Bregenz, Close to lake , shops .restaurants and only short walk uphill to the old town. Large room at back of hotel. Great to open window at night, pretty quiet at night time. Had everything we needed , especially a fridge, kettle and iron and ironing board, all essentials if staying for a few days.

Friendly hotel near centrum and trainstation

Location was very good. Near centrum, train station, lake and Pfänder. Hotel was clean, breakfast was good and staff friendly.

Unfortynately sounds from inside and outside could easily be heard through the walls. It didn't bother me much because I am a good sleeper.

Great location, clean hotel with very helpful staff.

The location of the hotel is within 5 minutes walk of the pier and 2 minutes to restaurants and bars. The room was large with plenty of storage options. We had a view of the mountains and the cable car and the Pfander. The staff were very helpful and obliging. Breakfast had a good selection of options including cold meats and cheeses, fruit and salad options.

This is not a full service hotel, but that suited us as we like to eat in different places.

Lovely friendly and smart hotel in a perfect location

We had a Panoramic room at the top of the hotel with a large balcony and views across Lake Bodensee - lovely! The room was ultra-modern and stylish with AC, massive webcam picture and even an automatic toilet! There was a great selection of cereals, meats, cheeses, cakes and fruit for breakfast, constantly topped up by the friendly and efficient staff. Located just 3-4 minutes walk from the cable car, ferry quay, station and restaurants, the hotel made an excellent base for exploring the area. Can't wait to come back!

Bregenz is a beautiful little town with lots of adventures to be had.

Beautiful views of the mountains from the balcony. Room and bathroom were very modern and spacious. Location is ideal close to the train bus and boats for trips along the lake. Several lovely restaurants within walking distance of the hotel.

Great location - hard bed

Close to train station and perfect spot to get on the boat and up the mountain via gondola (which we did!). Lots of shopping around there also.

Beds were hard...quite hard. Steps to get into the lobby (6 steep ones) was a bit tough to navigate with bags. Have to turn the key 2x to lock/unlock room door and no automatic locking so new to me.
